Very good food! See the pics! Salad, fish and 22oz ribeyes are excellent! I was told by another table to get the items with the fries. They said they fries are the best and I will try it next time we go. Our server was also great. Got the food out at the right pace. No rush at all. We will be back very soon!

My husband and I went here to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and it was AMAZING. We had the bacon wrapped brie with bread and raspberry jam as a starter and it was delicious! We ordered the duck and lamb for our main courses and they were perfectly prepared. Last we finished up with the creme burlee and the “lava cake” it has a fancier name on the menu. Both were so delicious! My husband was still talking about how good the food was days later! The best part was the amazing service our server was so sweet and took such good care of us, the cafe offered a glass of Champagne to congratulate us but we refused because my husband and I don’t drink, instead of moving on and giving us a check they went out of their way to make us delicious mocktails! I was so impressed and recommend this place to ALL of our friends!

Imho as a German lol this is the best French restaurant/ bistro in this part and likely all of Phoenix. Wonderful experience from Escargots over frog legs ( not my thing ) to the Lamb and duck confit or filet mic on and I heard just yesterday (I’ll be back ha, ha 😉 that the Beef Wellington is out of this world. I will hav to try that next. Killian, was amazing and made the best Sazerac cocktails (New Orleans based Whisky ‘sour’ etc.) I ever had. Simply fantastic and I will definitely be back 😉 for more. This was our fourth time there, excellent service is needles to mention in a small intimate setting. Perfect romantic evening or I also enjoy it by myself…I don’t have to share ha, ha and I still care…

Food was really good. Nice escargot and well-cooked meat. Went as a family and the server did not mention special menus before ordering and desert menus after the main course. We did not get default appetizers either. I mentioned it to the server and she said we ordered too soon for her to mention it to us which I did not understand. The other tables were provided with everything I mentioned above so I know there was something off. Felt like a racial hate crime and won’t recommend this place to AAPI community.

What a fabulous place for an easy romantic night out, or a relaxing evening. Atmosphere is delightful and natural feel. Servers are very friendly and attentive to all their customers coming and going. We’ve sat at the bar and table dining area and both have a low key vibe. They make one of the most delicious espresso martini’s and have a very extensive wine selection for any occasion or dish. Food specials are always changing and surprising. When we dined in we noticed the menu had been updated but still had the incredible food items that continue to love. The burrata salad and French onion soup are a must for any visit.

What a truly stellar experience from start to finish. We stopped in for Arizona restaurant week and boy did C&W Bistro deliver. Every course was packed with flavor, the service was stellar, and the ambiance was comfortable and fun.

Since strolling the streets of Paris themselves, I have not found such a true expression of French cuisine and culture. The name Cuisine & Wine Bistro is deceptively generic, and I believe it only reiterates the authenticity of this classic French bistro with an appellation reminiscent of the countless Parisian establishments with signs that simply read “Café,” “Restaurant,” or “Bistro.” The ambiance of the interior is so soothing and intimate, with dark woods, black metals, soft spotlights on tables, and warm orange Edison bulbs all around. The impressive wine collection is proudly displayed at the entrance. We arrived for our reservation on time and were seated immediately. The service is unmistakably French with its understated professionalism, attentiveness from a distance, and leisurely pace that deliberately facilitates the social experience of dining out. Every detail feels intentional, from the incredible sommelier-curated wine selection to the variety of classic French dishes, which include eccentric delicacies like frog legs and escargot, as well as staples like canard à l’orange. The frog legs were delicious in their buttery crust. The duck was so rich and sweet. The lamb was one of the best cuts of meat I have ever had and cooked to perfection. For dessert, the crème brulée is sweet perfection, with or without the candied orange rind. The Port wine became almost excessively decadent. To finish the night off with a flourish, we were surprised with some wonderful complimentary sparkling rosé wine to celebrate our anniversary. We departed into the night as our server held the door for us and wished us well. We are so thankful for the beautiful experience and look forward to another special night in Paris-in-Chandler sometime soon.
