When you’re rating a restaurant sometimes it’s not just about the food. That isn’t to say the food here wasn’t good because it was but it wasn’t enough to give it 5 stars. What gives this place 5 stars is the customer service and atmosphere.

DELICIOUS!! My favorite restaurant so far! I was also super impressed with the service. The staff was very attentive and made you feel welcome. Pictured below: Mississippi Mud Pie, Spicy Vegan Curry and the fried chicken. Can’t even think of one complaint!

I enjoyed the design, lighting, and architecture slightly more at this location. Being a fox concept restaurant, it has a standard it has to adhere to. Whoever designed the open-brick, wild vine combination is an artistic genius. The food/service was great as always. Everyone was pleasant and genuinely nice. The host staff was very sweet and accommodating.

On a local recommendation checked out Culinary Dropout, great menu selection and the outdoor patio misters were quite a relief from the heat. There’s an option to essentially build your own charcuterie board, but I opted for the soup (broccoli and beer cheddar) and the fish n chips (server recommendation). Soup was delicious, I miss the opportunity to take a photo thanks to my appetite. Fish and chips was very good, great batter around the fish and didn’t get the soggy feel some places have had before. Crispy fries to accommodate. Definitely looking at coming back here on the next visit to Tucson. Great recommendations from both the locals and the staff.

Michael was our server and he was incredible!!!! 12/10 experience! Some of the best food I’ve ever had – the pretzel balls with fondue, fried chicken dish (best mashed potatoes ever), and the cocktail I had were all beyond amazing. Will be back, perfect experience

For starters I just want to say that I spoke very highly of this place after my first experience through a company meeting. This time, not so much. I ordered the same plate from my previous visit and it was not even remotely similar. The menu clearly said the Salmon comes with Brussel Sprouts, not the shavings and must I add they were burnt. There was barely any risotto on my plate, it was gone in 2 bites but I’m being charged for the full meal when I received Merely half. Then I get a free plate of brussel sprouts on the house (also burnt) and the dessert was also free. If it weren’t for the fact the drinks and dessert were decent I would’ve given 1 star. Also, don’t appreciate the managers attitude when I politely asked for straws since I had already asked 2 servers previously and still hadn’t received them. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk

Vegetarian curry (I added salmon) was great. Everyone else in our party of nine enjoyed their drinks and meals. Service was friendly and competent. Live music was too loud.

The food here is surprisingly good, since places with this kind of atmosphere are often more focused on the vibe/drinks than the food. Turkey sandwich and chips were impressive, and the live music was excellent the night I was there. It gets pretty packed though, and it can be tough to get a server on weekend nights.

Please do NOT go here if you have any sort of food allergy. I took all the precautions, was assured by my server everything would be safe, she made a note for the kitchen, I didn’t order anything with nuts and yet there was a nut on my plate. The manager was baffled at how this could happen, but they clearly don’t train their staff well enough. Based on other reviews, this is not the first time they’ve made these potentially fatally errors, all while assuring guests that they will be safe. This was an incredibly traumatic experience and I’m lucky my boyfriend caught the nut, otherwise I could have died.
