Even though the cooler was the last thing we ordered. I must say this was the best thing I tried today. It’s was loaded with fresh strawberries and mango with a nice creamy taste, no ice chucks at all. They put some heart into. For my meal I ordered, the wisconsin Melt had a nice spread of grilled onions topped on cheese and a burger. The burger was OK, but it lacked some much needed season. My husband had the limited pub burger. There is plenty of parking, and they were busy and kept up with flow. All staff were in complete uniform, which is rare today.

The concretes we got were awesome. Dairy Queen can take note for the Blizzards they say can be turned upside down (and they can’t without running everywhere). The ice cream is mad creamy, and the mix-ins are plentiful. But the hot food was neither hot nor fresh. The cheese curds were a day old and reheated at best. And whatever that Wisconsin burger was on rye bread—nuh uh. That’s a waste of $4. The taste and size are just pointless and non-existent. Won’t be getting anything but ice cream here from now on unless it’s free.

If you are looking for a great tasting, fresh, fast food burger and fries, this is the place! The wife and I thoroughly enjoy stopping at any of the Culvers that have opened in NC. This particular Culvers was clean, friendly staff, and delicious burgers and Custard. Make it a stop if you are in the area.

I’ve been here a couple times but today is the day I had enough Intel and interactions to leave a well thought review. Im writing this as I sit in the resturant eating their bacon delux combo with fries, it’s super yummy! My boyfriends burger came out under done and when I took it to the front the manager didnt flip out on the workers, he instead spoke respectfully and tried to keep their spirits high, he reminded them they had to make sure food was done completely so they dont get anyone sick and you could tell the cooks really respected him. They had a replacement burger ready in less then three minutes and even gave him a comp free fry! Culvers is a lovely fast paced classic American food joint. The workers are kind and attentive, they even gave me and my boyfriend a free ice cream on our first visit as well. Food always comes out quickly after you order as well, this is probably the fastest service I’ve ever had! I would definitely recommend coming here and trying their food I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!

WI classic fast-food eatery with frozen custard, butter burgers, kid-friendly meals and cold treats. Great selection of sides when compared with fast-food competitors (mashed potatoes, fries, cheese curds, slaw, steamed broccoli, chili, side salad—the list goes on). Cod dinner is a great value and serving size, same for the chicken tender basket, fries come in a generous portion. Very good value for what you’re provided. Good family-friendly environment with plenty of booths.

This was one of the best Spicy Chicken Sandwiches I have ever eaten in my life honestly. It was so fresh and delicious. There is a lot of staff working and everything seemed to flow well, especially for a new restaurant. Highly recommend trying. I want to try the ice cream next.

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! As for a fast food restaurant, this is the best that it can be. Great burgers, great custards, and great appetizers. Super freandly staff. They always make you feel like you are welcome to come back. The orders come out correctly, and they have great management. HOT food when you get it! It was my first time trying Culver’s. As far as fast food burger joints go, it was fairly average but still much better than the nearby McD’s. The burger was good but a bit salty. The classic crinkle fries were just as I like them – hot and crispy. The place was very clean and the staff were courteous. It has a family-friendly vibe.

Our food came out hot, fresh and fast but what really stood out was the great customer service. The young man at the counter was smiling and super friendly. I watched him greet all the customers with such enthusiasm and even heard him have suggestions about what to order. It’s rare to find in a fast food establishment and was a refreshing experience!
