I am from Wisconsin, and I am sad to say this was a horrible food experience. The grilled chicken had no flavor and was rubbery. My burger was sloppy, thin, burnt and just plain awful. The service was awful. We waited in line for at least 10 minutes. Then a young black man working there sees one of his buddies in line after us and comes out shakes up with him, goes back and gets his food and brings it to him. I made a comment about him getting his friends food but not ours and he went back and grabbed a bag the was on the counter pretty much the whole time we were waiting. The manager was cussing at employees because they were not working and he was trying to get it caught up himself. This place was a mess. The food was terrible and cold. Cold cheese curds are no good!

So we went through the drive through and what a mistake, we waited and waited. The gentleman who took our order was super pleasant and even under great stress remained calm and confident. We ordered then had to go find a spot to park to wait for our food, we were there about 35-40 minutes. After all that the food we ordered did come out hot and the chicken sandwich was awesome and the kids loved there chicken tenders.

Culver’s offers excellent service. You don’t see that much in a fast food restaurant. They have very good food and delicious frozen custard. Their seafood is very good for a fast food place. The cole slaw is better than most full service restaurants. Everything is clean and well maintained.

Place is usually pretty clean, can’t say I’ve ever felt icky or disgusted while dining here. Food is good, absolutely a step up from mcdonalds and i cant say I’ve ever been given a wrong order or been given a hard time by staff. Staff are always very hospitable

Stop wasting my air conditioning.. time and $.. this is the 4th time you all forgot part of my order.. stop reading my order back 5 times.. and start reading and putting order together right… also when my foods ready bring it to me. when my baby is sleeping in back give me my order I already paid for ….shut up and give me my food.. I don’t need to hear my order for 5th Time I want my food and my air conditioning In my truck. also get someone who can actually read?? cause the woman who brought me food past 2 times cannot even read… probably also why I didn’t get all my food….
