Received the worst customer service here today by Phillip. It was so bad even the other team member apologized for it. Didn’t even have time to order, by the time I got to window there was no total for me to pay because order hadn’t been taken. I do not leave bad reviews typically because as a business owner I know how petty people can be, it’s sad when you go to order a meal and cannot have time to even read menu due to being rushed. There was no reason to rush. No line.

Congratulations, Culver’s: Ate supper here tonight, and this location just became my wife’s and my favorite burger joint! The food was delicious, and the employees were courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The restaurant tables and floor were clean, the garbage cans were continuously emptied, and the napkins, salt & pepper, straws, etc., were stocked. This is the way a fast food restaurant should be run! Hats off to the manager and employees for making this a great dining experience. We’ll definitely be bringing our children and grandchildren by next week! Well done, and thank you!

Got their salad with grilled chicken and dried cranberries for around $8.50 and it was better than most I’ve had at sit down restaurants for $12 to $15. High quality ingredients with a lot of chicken (and bacon) and was so big I couldn’t eat it all! My new goto when wanting a salad! And I topped it off with a small chocolate malt with Dove chocolate pieces that was incredible!

Fries cod sandwich and chicken tenders. They cooked to order and it was correct. The fish sandwich was very well made and very very mild. I’d recommend extra tartar sauce. The chicken tenders were good. Kids like the corndog.

Was very excited to try but ended up having to do the drive thru due to time constraints. Burgers and fries seems average to me. I was told that their cod and gluten free buns were good which they were. Overall I wasn’t wowed but their shakes are supposed to be good too. Maybe if I had tried that it would’ve been a five star experience

Disappointed – I ordered a double, all the way without the cheese. When I opened the container I thought that I received the wrong item. What I received was a smashed hamburger. It had two patties and the ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard was squirted in the middle. Everything else was missing. Didn’t look anything like the picture (see below) you see when you drive up. I really like this hamburger, it’s sad that the service personnel don’t take pride in their work.
