We are from the Midwest, so this means that we were pretty much born and raised on Culver’s! We love their custard (not the same flavor as ice cream), we adore their fish dinner a great way to get a friday fish fry in without any hunting and the butter burger is to die for! It’s the grease I swear that makes the burger flavor so good! Lol! We don’t do most fast food places but we do go to Culver’s … all of the time! Like just a bit ago we went to celebrate our pups 3rd birthday with the family. There was outside seating that was perfect plus they offer free pup cups and we purchased a plain burger patty, no bun, just for his celebration! And yes, we gave him candles!

Nothing really to enjoy for a vegan but my daughter took me and the grandkids there for dessert. I got lemon ice with cherries. It was okay. Everyone enjoyed the ice cream on a hot summer day.

They just can’t get my order right. I’m lactose intolerant. Fries were delicious but not worth the $12 I spent for a burger I can’t eat. This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to in the past few months. The solutions offered are go back so you can wait another 10min so they can make the order right or they send you a Gift card in the mail that never comes.

What a terrible restaurant to buy food. They tried to replicate what other fast food restaurants do, but instead, they are slow and unsuccessful. The presentation is dirty. The box where my food was served was nasty.

We went in this afternoon for some milkshakes, fries and cheese curds. The man at the counter, I unfortunately did not get his name, was very friendly and made us laugh a few times. We were appreciative of that since we visited after a my daughter had a medical procedure done today and this was her treat. We sat for a few minutes while we waited for our food and the dining area was neat and clean. I really enjoyed our visit, and recommend this Culver’s location.

Charge you for sauces even if you get a side of fries or onion rings. I get extra, but I’m not allowed 1 dipping sauce? And then I was told one total at the initial order and when I went to pay it went up so I asked her what changed? And she was confused and I explained that the price from the screen to window went up. She realized she just misspoke, which is perfectly ok. I was just curious. And then a tall young man with longer brown hair proceeded to keep making jokes “oh, she was about to throw hands at you!” “She was about to beat you up” um excuse me? All I asked, in a calm voice, was what changed with the order total? This isn’t the first time, the last time I ordered a kids meal and when I saw the screen was an adult meal, I corrected him and said I had ordered a kids meal and he said “No, you didn’t! But ok, I’ll make it a kids meal.” The lack of customer service is real. Just like all of the other reviews said.

My review of this location and its manager and staff are 5 stars. It started out a little concerned, when a new hire was learning the cash register for a Culver’s 10% discount that I had, but; with the help of the manager and the new hire together, it was figured into the bill and EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. THE FOOD! THE MANAGER! THE NEW HIRE! The restaurant was clean, the food was HOT and we have been back again and again, and each and every time, it’s still 5 Star! Thanks Culvers!! The food is ok ,but a little over priced. Paid 16.30 for a burger, bites, and med shake combo. Probably won’t go back. Asked for a single got a double. When I asked about price they assured it was right. Shake was over flowing on lid and straw handed to me was covered in ice cream
