I am absolutely fuming after a recent experience at a restaurant that shall remain nameless. Let me tell you, this establishment has zero understanding of what it means to provide a truly inclusive dining experience. I arrived with my darling cat Luna, expecting to enjoy a lovely meal together, only to be met with a cold, heartless “no pets allowed” policy. How dare they!

This was my first time in this particular Culver’s. John (young adult) the cashier was hands down the true definition of what customer service should be I must add the entire staff was pleasant and always smiling. The establishment was extremely cleaned and as guest left, they were right behind cleaning the table for the next guest. I run a campground of 500+ sites and customer service is hands down the most important factor for me. So when I see exceptional service it must be recognized for all to read.

Just moved here, first time dining here today. Not only was the food great, the prices were fantastic!! But more so, the staff was absolutely amazing! Every one of the staff members I encountered were extremely kind, professional and showed pride in their work. The restaurant was clean and well stocked with condiments. 5 STARS !! Definitely will be regulars here.

This Culver’s location is convenient and easily visible. The wait time on the drive thru was a bit long, but the staff was friendly and the food came out piping hot and was just as I ordered. I think this Culver’s represents the brand well and would definitely recommend this location.

We always get great food from Culver’s! The wait time can be a little much when they are really busy, but the food is always worth it. The mushroom and swiss burger is to die for. Love the cheese curds also. So happy we have Culver’s in our county now!

First time ever even hearing about this place and my experience was awesome!! It was nice and calm inside with a wide open area with a relaxed comfortable table setting. Nice cute colors and so many choices on the menu. The service was amazing also. They were very patient and sweet with great attitudes and smiles all the way around.
