WOW all I can say is THANK YOU! The staff at this Culver’s is ABSOLUTELY Incredible! We went there with a HUGE party to celebrate my Son’s birthday and every single staff member there went out of their way to make his day extra special! They brought out Scoopie, gave him a free gift and a free ice cream and gave me 10% off my dessert order!

IF YOURE GOING TO READ ONE REVIEW READ THIS ONE. WOW. BEST costumer service i’ve EVER experienced. Before even entering we were greeted with smiles and welcomes. Every employee inside was SO kind, accommodating, and seemed just happy to be there! We came as a big group celebrating cousins 8th birthday and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. To our suprise he received a FREE icecream, basketball, plushie, song, AND got to MEET SCOOPY THE ICECREAM MAN! I’ve already assured them i’d be coming back for MY birthday! FOOD was EXCEPTIONAL as always! If you’re making the trip to a Culvers locations LET IT BE THIS ONE . So I don’t usually give reviews but after waiting 34 minutes for our food in drive through and almost $40 bucks spent on fast food place because some days you just don’t have the energy to cook, we were unable to even finish our food because of how burnt mine and my husbands burgers were and how bland everything in general tasted. Super disappointed. Hope they get it together

This is a new Culver’s and they appear to still be working the bugs out. Our most recent visit resulted in both our sandwiches being wrong and there were 2 other customers at the counter getting their orders corrected. The food is good, they just need more training or experience for their workers.
