First time ever eating at Culver’s and it was really good. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The food was fresh, clean and delicious. Customer service was ok, they did make my burger wrong, but it was still really good. Love their sweet tea. Will definitely be back…. 1000x better then McDonalds. Chili cheese fries were awesome!!

My first time in the dining area. I was surprised how pleasant it felt. Had the Reuben melt. It was delicious. The onion rings were cooked perfectly. My fountain drink tastes like it was supposed to. The gentleman that brought us our food was very nice. Over all great experience.

Excellent basket deal. The burgers are soo tasty. Onion rings are real without extra unnecessary breading. Fries good too. The turtle ice cream was loaded with pecans. The service staff sooo friendly. We live in Russellville but whenever we’re in Florence, will go back. So many more things we want to try. I can’t wait to try the salads. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food.

My husband and I came to Culver’s to try the Dulce de leche concrete mixer Saturday evening. We sat down to wait until it was ready. I noticed that people that came in after we arrived were getting their shakes. My husband went to ask a worker if our order was lost. The manager told the employees we had a 20 minute wait and to start making the mixer. It was good other than the slow service problem. Thanks.

We got Culver’s through the drive-through (this was only my second experience with Culvers after a bad experience at another location)…BUT, this location blew me away (in a good way)…This is probably one of the best Culver’s that we’ve ever visited. The drive-through lady was very nice, our order came out perfectly and delicious. And moreover, the guy who brought us our food (they were busy), was also very nice and helpful and thanked us for coming. Wow – great experience. 5 stars !!! You’ve redeemed the chain for me!

There were too many employees standing around, and my husband and I were in line next to be waited on. Another lady walked in and the employee immediately took her order. My husband and I left immediately. I sincerely doubt if I ever return to them. That was NOT a pleasant experience.

Wow, this place is incredible. Firstly, the customer service is out of this world. They are all so friendly and customer forward. Don’t miss out on the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. The food looks and tastes better than you’d ever expect. The drive thru is so convenient and efficient. The food is hot and fresh every time. They have a wonderful menu with loads of food of all kinds. I can’t stress the importance of this place enough. It is absolutely wonderful. My wife and I each had a mushroom swiss butter burger and a side of chili cheese fries, both of which were fresh as could be and tasted absolutely wonderful. The plastic forks they bring you are high quality. And the condiments are even high quality. This is deluxe fast food at its best. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
