Very welcoming, food good, staff friendly. At this location only one gripe I have is that the kitchen staff had their music on blast with a Bluetooth speaker, granted it was close to closing time, however… I do not think that the staff should be having profanity blasted for the entire restaurant to hear. I was up front by the windows and could hear it clear as day.

Ordered a double Deluxe with no cheese, received it with cheese. No issue went inside talked to employees and about 5 minutes later they came out with a new one and apologized. Awesome okay thank you, took a peek no cheese got home and the second patty had cheese. All they did was scrap it off, instead of making a new burger. Had to throw half of it away.

My 1st time eating at here. The deluxe burger was delicious! Our cashier Ella was super nice and new the entire menu. She was very patient with us. I’m a manager for a corporate restaurant here in Mobile. Ella is a 5 STAR Employee!!

We tried the shrimp dinner today. Coleslaw was fair. Shrimp are very small coated in thick, crunchy breading. Over abundance of slightly seasoned French fries.Service is excellent. I has coleslaw hanging outside of the container. It was replaced with an apology from the staff. Over all value with this meal was poor. Best to have their burgers, cheese curds and amazing custard. Will do that next time.

Had 10 people. We were able to put tables together so we could all sit together. Food came out really quick, and was great. No mistakes on our orders. One order did take a little longer. Everyone was very friendly and courteous.

Atrocious, ugly, ridiculing service. No professionalism or respect for customer. Employees can make fun of you but can’t make a correct sandwich. Then the remake was still wrong! I’m missing cheese and you’re gonna hand me a cold slice of cheese in a box? The manager was managing a circus. They all thought it was a joke. Food sucked too! Lettuce old. Fries overcooked. Employees standing around observing the situation, because they were doing nothing. Not busy on Friday night? I see why. No apologies, no care in the world. Before yesterday I would’ve drove to the ends of the Earth for Culver’s, but I am absolutely never driving to and from the state I live in for this location anymore.

Culver’s is fantastic! It was worth the wait to get one built here in Mobile! My family and I have been fans of this place since we tried them in Tampa FL. If you love ice cream and have not yet tried frozen custard you are in for a TREAT! The thing that sets it apart from ice cream is that frozen custard has a richer, thicker, and creamier texture than ice cream. Let me tell you it is like frozen VELVET it is SO smooth and creamy!! Not only that, but they have premium add ins like cashews, pecans, fruit and assorted candies. Aside from the frozen custard (which is the star!!) they have some delicious, juicy burgers they call “Butter Burgers”. Man oh man! The beef patties are grilled fresh to order *and* they butter and grill the buns!! (The Mushroom & Swiss Butter Burger is SO good!!) They even have fried cheese curds! If none of this strikes your fancy there are North Atlantic Cod plates and sandwiches, salads, roast beef sandwiches etc. It is a bit pricey but the quality is way over the top of regular fast food places. The staff and owner are VERY friendly and accommodating! Do yourself a favor and check out Culver’s! It is wonderful!
