The food was great! Burgers were perfectly built, they didn’t fall apart, and nothing fell off/out of them. Fries & cheese curds were perfectly cooked. The onion rings could have been better though. They were really thin & overly crisp. The women’s bathroom needed some TLC.

We have been to Culver’s locations in several states, and sadly, this is the worst one. More than half the time, something is wrong with our order. Once a burger came with half a bun, that was interesting. Frequently they’ll give the wrong size/flavor of frozen custard, more than once the pretzel bites have been hard as a rock (and they barely give any cheese with them), multiple times when we’ve ordered rolls separately we haven’t received them, today one side of the kids meal grilled cheese was burned and SO oily, and instead of getting charged for 2 kids meals like I ordered, I didn’t realize until later I was charged for a value basket on one of them. When I called to point this out, they were less than helpful. Very rarely are any employees friendly there. The person that brought the order out to the car today gave me the bags and didn’t say word. Also, just know if you order food and custard at the drive thru, you’ll get your custard first so it has plenty of time to melt while waiting for your food. The few times I’ve gone inside the bathroom has been disgusting. It’s a shame that this location needs so much improvement. Apparently there’s a new manager though, so hopefully most of this will get fixed. It will be a long time until my family bothers going back to this location though.

The food was so yummy. I went with my sister & 3 toddlers & 1 infant. It was a little stressful to say the least. The person taking our order was patient & nice. We dined in & the restaurant seemed clean & had lots of seating fir a group our size. We did have a little mixup where the kids meals were supposed to come with ice cream, which we did not get. I just took my receipt to the register after we ate our meals & they provided way more ice cream than 3 toddlers needed. Haha. It was a great experience

The gluten free bun they offer to me is not worth it. I’d rather eat things as I normally do, which is no bun. It flakes and crumbs apart badly. The other food is good (I tried it before I found out I was gluten intolerant . But I also found they charged me extra when all I did was ask them to not use the regular bun and instead use the gluten free. It should be an even swap.

If you want a great burger and fries at a still affordable price go to Culver’s on Dixie hwy!!! This is my favorite place to get a burger, fresh and hot! Great employees that are friendly, clean restaurant. My favorite fast food joint no doubt.

We usually do drive thru but today March 30,2023,we dined inside. As usual the fish was good but I have to comment on the dirty women’s restroom. Disgusting to say the least…. hopefully the kitchen is a lot cleaner. I didn’t use the restroom after seeing the mess it was in….so disappointed because the food was good.

The food is always perfectly done. The staff is friendly enough. However they’re quite chintzie with the condiments. When ordering platters, you’ll always have to go back up to the front counter and ask for more butter, tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, etc. Biggest plus, is the restaurant part is always clean, as is the restrooms. Ample parking too.
