Food was great. Service yikes. I ordered curbside pick up and waited 10minutes to even pick it up. Ended up waiting another 22minutes in the curbside parking spot. Tried calling the restaurant twice just to confirm they knew I was there and no one would answer. Finally someone comes out and gives me all kids size drinks. I told him one was supposed to be medium and he says “oh sorry I might have f***ed that up.

I like that the drive thru is two lanes to get more people through. The food was also amazing! I was greeted upon entering by a nice smiling women named Olivia. She took my order and had a smile on her face the entire time. I felt welcomed and not rushed even though they were very busy. There were 25 or so employees working but they still managed to be uniformed, communicate, pleasant, help each other, and kept the inside very clean. Every seat was taken and several people were standing but the employees were nice and worked collaboratively to get the food out to the cars or tables. Overall great experience and the food. I would recommend stopping by and grabbing some food and I plan on doing so in the future!

I visited Culver’s often when I lived in Michigan, so I was delighted when they moved to Bowling Green, Ohio. I always enjoyed their food (variety and taste) and the environment. I also appreciate the oldies music they play. It’s a happy, upbeat environment and the crew are always especially friendly.

I didn’t think the fish was anything to write home about. But taste is subjective! So what I like you may not and vice versa. Aside from that, the staff was AMAZING fast and helpful. You can tell they prob get a decent paycheck there. The butter burger is pretty nice, nothing fancy, but that’s what Culver’s is

On par with other culvers and the gluten free bun has always been a nice feature for Culver’s. However, they do tend to forget things. So just double check before you leave the lot if your doing drive threw. I have never had a issue inside.

The past three out of the four times I’ve been there they have messed up our order. They’ve forgotten entire kids meals, burgers etc. Today we ordered 3 kids meals and and burger and they forgot the burger. That’s after we waited 23 minutes while people behind us got their food. I can understand things getting missed every once in a while but that’s not the case here.

Ordered take out inside and looked in the bag as I walked out to the car. Bag felt very light. Glad I checked because most of my order was missing. They found another bag for my order and tossed it on the counter. Order of fries missing…someone dropped a container of fries in my first bag. Seemed rushed and careless like they were in a hurry to get rid of me. Food is good. Crowded and chaotic…not much room for the take out crowd.
