Just Me
I never heard of Culver’s before they opened this Eastlake location over a year ago. This was my first visit there. I went through the drive through. The price was average for fast food. The staff were pleasant. There is a slight wait for food with everyone informed to pull up. There are parking spots on both sides to pull into. The food was warm when delivered and I could tell it was fresh. The burger was very tasty and so were the onion rings. However, the onion rings had nearly no onion which is disappointing as I love healthy slices of onions in my rings, although It is a flavorful breading.

Unexpectedly good. Now there is a better choice amongst the rest and I am happy we tried Culver’s earlier for the first time. The color and the theme of the place is uniquely not-fastfood feels, that is in a good way. I am now a fan and I am hoping the quality will remain consistent. Kudos!

Horrible horrible horrible. Save your time and money because this spot is a joke. I went inside to order and I didn’t come out till at least 30 min later plus I ordered a bacon burger and as you can see I didn’t get any bacon WOW. I asked for chilli cheese fries and at first they only gave me just chilli and no fries WOW. There’s no way I’m going back there plus it had to be 3 plus people who came in to complain about their order. If you do decide to go check everything before you leave and I mean everything Oh and when I finally did get my order they had it for a dine in when I told them at the beginning of the order it was a to go order. My order was for 2 and I’m not even going to mention all that was wrong with that order ‍♂️

I would give a zero right now if I could. This experience has been the worst by far that I felt I needed to speak on. I went to the drive thru and the cashier was pleasant. But I noticed a worker coming out to another customer to give them their meal and she called out to the worker to come back because she had gotten the wrong order. So while I’m sitting at the window the cashier tells me to wait and the worker who was just outside comes and hands me the bag he had just given to the lady outside. So I noticed the bag had been open and worn. I got the cashier’s attention and let her know what I saw and asked if my sandwich could be remade. She said sure pull in one of the spots and we will bring it out to you. So I wait 10-15 minutes for the manager to come out and ask me what I had and she said the cashier had rung up my order wrong anyway so they were going to work on it. Fine. The manager comes back out 10-15 minutes later again and says I made you a double instead of a single and gave you fries. I didn’t want fries, I wanted a single burger, and I asked for extra onion did not get that, added bacon, lettuce, ketchup and mustard and mayo. I was given a mayo sandwich with two patties that I did not want basically. That sandwich is not consumable so that was money wasted because even after wiping it down it made me sick to my stomach to even look at will all the mayo and now soggy bread. I will not be returning to this establishment. I appreciate the persistence to fix an error on their part but I should have asked for a refund and went somewhere else. At least I wouldn’t be sitting in the car line starving and upset.

Drive thru order, when it was dropped off at my car I asked the girl where are the fries because I ordered a basket & she gave had given me a drink, “to be honest” she said “I couldn’t hear what you ordered” SO I GUESS SHE JUST PUT WHATEVER SHE WANTED ME TO HAVE IN THE BAG & brought it to my car. Which in case you were wondering was NOT what I ordered. She did insist she’d go back & get me an order of fries but I said it’s fine & left. What are people thinking?

So they had a rough opening. Out of menu items, very long waits. Not the end of the world. We will go back soon. The food was good, well seaseond and yummy. Things were noticeably greasy so if you like greasy. Burgers and sandwiches were good, cheese Kurd’s a delight and the shakes on point. The fries were boring crinkle cut. The location while new looks cheap and kinda vanilla. It needs more zest! 4 stars.

Decided to try this place out. Worst “burger” ever. Burnt to a crisp, edges were charred and inedible. I threw it in the garbage. I’m amazed they would even find this acceptable to serve. Won’t be back.

The woman on register 2 had excellent customer service. Cheese sauce can be a little better, chili was great,burger was a nice size, chili cheese fries was nice and hot. I always get Culver’s in Wisconsin so I was happy for this new location. For my first try here I enjoyed it!
