It my 1st time trying it and it was great. Though I suggest they don’t use too much salt. The cheese curds were kinda salty. Should’ve tried the fries. My friends fries were good. What(@)borgr is just as good but I like this slightly better. Concrete mixer will run laps around s0n!c haha

Great place, we all got ice cream. Delicious!! 5 stars across the board except for atmosphere. The person serving us was Cameran (sorry if I misspelled your name!), and he was fabulous. The only complaint is there was a section of the seating area under repair and was just a mess. Not blocked off or anything, just a large dirty corner. Otherwise, excellent! 10/10 would recommend

I am very disappointed with this new supervisor; a Young guy with braces. When ordering food for me & my 2 daughters. We were given a very hard time. We have been Ordering food from here since the opening. When asking for a kid’s meal With all the toppings I began realizing that he was charging me for everything I asked for: even when asking for a free ice cream with the coupon. He also was trying to charge me a dollar per order. So I asked the guy why are you charging me for everything that I asked for. This is way more than what I usually pay. FYI: keep your receipt from your previous order because depending on who’s taking your order the price will change. To put the icing on the cake when asking for barbecue sauce, he was trying to charge me over 75 cents. Nevertheless, it doesn’t come in a small container of sweet barbecue ray. They have switched them to clear containers with no names. What is going on up there I asked myself. This is not the correct barbecue sauce. So when receiving the barbecue sauce. The supervisor threw them in my hand and they fell over-the-counter top. I informed the guy that he is very disrespectful & if you didn’t want to touch my hand because I am a different race you could have had somebody else hand me the barbecue sauce. Management: there are young people with attitudes running this establishment. It takes Up to 30 to 45 minutes to receive your food. Very disappointed with the service.

I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes, there was only one car in front of me and no cars in parking lot when I got there. Girl never gave me a number. Finally a very nice girl told me the car behind me got my order and drove off. And they were remaking mine. Waited another 10 min. They did give me free ice cream cards for my trouble

Requested tartar sauce not cocktail sauce for my shrimp dinner. Receipt even acknowledged this. Did NOT get tartar, got cocktail! Obviously, this changed my whole shrimp experience!!! Fries were cold and stale like they were reheated. Did not receive napkins or silverware for my coleslaw. This was not a food issue as much as a staff detail issue!!!! I do like Culver’s but staff needs to be more attentive!!!

They didn’t serve our order until we finally went almost 40 minutes later to ask them why we hadn’t received it yet (it was just 3 single-scoop ice creams and an order of cheese curds). The only reason we even waited that long was because the place was busy, so we were trying to be patient with that. The dining area hadn’t been cleaned and the trash receptacles were full. It was fairly nasty in there. I asked if we could receive a couple of free cone coupons for having been forgotten and the young man said, “No, sorry, can’t do that”. I asked again if they could just do that since we had been forgotten. He went to talk to a rude lady worker, whom I had previously asked for our receipt that we should have gotten with the curds order so I could at least get the “buy one get one free” single scoop if I did the survey. Couldn’t even get that because she ignored me. All I heard her say to him was, “For what?!” and he told me to wait for her. I waited a couple of minutes for her and she never acknowledged me yet again.

Food is great, and staff is pretty polite, but it seems like every time I come there are issues: either having to go up to the counter and remind staff about our order because we have been waiting a long time, waiting 30+ mins in the drive-through pull up area after ordering even though it’s not busy (and having to go inside to remind staff about our order), or receiving incorrect items for our order. I love Culver’s, but I really wish this particular location held up to the standard of the others I’ve been to!
