I don’t live in the Midwest (big 10 country), so I wasn’t familiar with this chain. Pleasantly surprised with the burger and fries. Our cashier was super polite and professional during the lunch rush.

I paid for my food and they’ve had me pulled around around for over 20 minutes waiting. They can’t use the excuse that they’re busy because there’s hardly anyone here. They keep coming by asking what my number is and I was never given one. At this point I might as well have gone to a sit-down restaurant.

Really impressed with the polite customer service and overall demeanor for 10:30 on a Sunday night.

This was my second visit to this particular location. The 1st visit was great. I have always had great experiences with Culver’s. I don’t know what happened with my last visit but it wasn’t stellar to be honest. I’ll chalk it up to a 1 off.

Wow just wow. I dont know if Culver’s is technically fast food, but it was good food fast. The freshest vegetables on my burger that was cooked well and hot. With delicious fries paired with some tropical punch. Great re-introduction to the Midwest. I didn’t know what I was missing, though it is a bit cold. I thoroughly enjoyed my food and I’m not just saying that because I was flying all day and hadn’t eaten. Kudos!

Was in town for a convention ; had never been to one before. Really liked the burgers, and the ice cream is phenomenal! Service is a little slow but they were really busy. Staff was really friendly. Be sure if you want mustard or ketchup on your burger that you ask for it b/c it doesn’t go on automatically.

My husband wanted a hamburger and he always gets a cheeseburger even though he said he only wanted on there let us tomato and easy mayonnaise only but never fails we find out it’s got cheese on it when we’re halfway home. The fish was good to a point it was a little overdone my fish sandwich was very dark brown overall it was a mediocre meal definitely not worth the money

When you walk in, you’re greeted cheerily. If you aren’t ready to order, the person behind the counter patiently waits until you are. When you leave, you’re sent off with a “Have a nice day” and a door held. It was my first time eating here, but I will most definitely be returning. Great service and absolutely delicious food…it is now a favorite of mine.

Ordered two chicken sandwiches and two large fries to go after a long day, got back to the hotel and saw we only had one large fries in the bag. We should have double checked before we left, apparently.

I ordered a Double Butter Burger basket with a vanilla shake instead of a drink. The staff were courteous and helpful (typical of every Culvers❤️). The restaurant, as expected, was clean and inviting. Sadly, I did not receive what I ordered. I somehow was given a regular double with cheese and a lemon shake. I could deal with the burger (I ate it and the fries). However, I could not drink the lemon shake. Once I finished eating, I took the lemon shake back to the front counter. There seemed to be some confusion about what to do. It seemed simple enough to me…correct the error. Someone finally made the executive decision to give me the original vanilla shake that had been sitting on the counter, which was supposed to be a part of my order. I was in disbelief that the staff (more than one of them) believed it was ok to provide me with a melted shake that had been sitting out for at least 20 minutes! I gingerly protested about the shake and requested I be given something fresh. Eventually, I was given vanilla ice cream in a medium cup. I am well aware of the difference between a shake and ice cream. I simply didn’t feel like playing Manager for a team from which I was not being paid. I ate the ice cream.
