Came in around 2pm wasn’t busy, food came out in a timely manner… ordered a double butter burger only pickles and mayo, also a few other meals, my burger came out looking ridiculous, mayo on bottom bun an 1 pickle, mind you wasn’t busy at all… 3rd time coming here other times were ok but today wasn’t it…

We went to Culver’s and ordered as soon as we got in the building. There were about 4 other people in the building who had got their orders. We ordered ice cream and fry’s and we waited for 45 minutes before going up and asking where our food was. When we looked behind the counter there was our order. The ice cream was melted and was not even ice cream. When asked if they could remake it they told us they were out of vanilla ice cream. We thankfully got a refund but do not recommend and we are not going there again.

The Culver’s was just as good as other Culver’s I have gone too. The food was perfectly cooked and service was great. The restaurant was very clean and well attend. I will return when in the area and craving Culver’s.

If you’re like me and suffer from lactose intolerance it’s really hard to find ice cream that does not cause me to have a bad reaction. I love their ice cream/custard and spicy chicken sandwich and delicious cheese fries and I regrettably lived right next to one in Florida and never tried their food(what a big mistake . I guess I am making up for that now .. because whenever I see one I make a beeline straight there!! Lol I need my Culver’s fix

The drive-through at this location is extremely inept. 1 car in front of me appeared to be having difficulties placing their order. After they moved up and it was my turn to order, it took 8 minutes for anyone to come to microphone. Separate occasion, took 20 minutes to bring the food outside on a not too busy day. I realize this is a new location but someone either failed their training or the training process needs to be revisited immediately. The drive-through is a disaster.

I’m never coming to this Culvers location ever again. First off, I completely understand if you’re busy, which wasn’t the issue at all. I arrived here at 6 PM Today (Sunday the 30th), and placed a to-go order. I stood up near the front, and noticed a tray of food that had the exact order I placed about 15 minutes later. The entire time, the tray was placed off to the side without an eye being batted at it while a young man and woman were traying and bagging items. After 40 minutes, I approached the counter to question about what was taking so long. The one man bagging took the tray, and called out the number I had. I told him it was supposed to be “to go”, which is fine whatever. The woman who was working with him said they can bag it up for me. I explained that I am not accepting the food, because I watched it sit on the counter for over 30 minutes and I want it fresh because its cold already. The woman gave me a snarky attitude, and replied back telling “Well it was just came out of the kitchen 2 minutes ago”, and I said no. It didn’t, I was clearly up here the entire time. Her last response to me was “well I’m not going to argue with you”, so I said one more time I want it fresh. A woman in the back kitchen, with pink dreads claimed to have been the kitchen manager. Her, along with several other cooks in the back shouted out “WE’RE NOT REMAKING ANYTHING”. Fine, if thats the attitude then I requested a refund. It took an additional 15 minutes, because nobody knew how to give a refund on the register. It took an additional few minutes, because the woman who was trying to do so tried double charging me for the same meal TWICE.

As silly as this may sound this is the best Culver’s in the greater Chicagoland area. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The food is always served quickly, fresh, hot and correctly (something many restaurants fail at doing whenever there is a special order). I highly recommend this Culver’s if you are in the mood for a burger, chicken sandwich or my favorite the pot roast sandwich!

The young lady taking my order was absolutely wonderful. The young lady bagging ALL the orders was working her butt off. It was the first time I stopped at this location. I will be back. First time my large order was correct.
