Always a good experience here. Love being able to go into a fast food type place and feeling very welcomed and appreciated. Rarely get that anymore at most fast food restaurants. Always service with a smile here.

I am thoroughly impressed so far. Not only is the food great and the chocolate custard to die for but Culver’s seemed to be able to find some of the nicest people in town to work there. Everyone is always so nice and happy (to the point my husband thinks it’s a weird cult like feel ) and the drive thru is so nice! Also, they have gotten our order right every time so far! I really hope they stick around.

Was excited because it was my birthday and I hadn’t tried the one in town. Unfortunately ordered it inside to go when got home my double hamburger was overcooked not burned but very hard and crunchy. If I had ate inside I would have sent it back. It was kind of disappointing. Alot of money for what I got.

I love their food but for the third time on a row all of my food was cold!I know that happens so I tried it again! So disappointing especially since it was $12 for 1 person! Didn’t even eat it! Service has always been great!

Tried the 2 piece Cod dinner. Usually not a fan of fish at fast food places, but it was pretty good. Service is always good and the staff was friendly. The food was hot, and the dining room was clean.

I love Culver’s food and ice cream… this time, was no exception and they went above and beyond in customer service as well.

Got to the drive-thru at 8:45, and only ordered 2 mixers. Waited in their parking lot for 45 minutes, and people that ordered after us were getting their food AND ice cream before us. When we finally got our mixers, they gave us the wrong sizes and they gave me the wrong flavor of ice cream. The ice cream was even melted a little like they’ve been sitting out before we got them. Wasn’t worth the extra wait time to correct them. Culver’s used to be the gold standard but I don’t think that’s the case with this location.

The pic and description of their pot roast dinner doesn’t match, and being disappointed is an understatement. Succulent? Nope. Superb? Nope. The meat was dry and stringy, tasted gross and looked like it was under a heat lamp all day. There was no gravy over it, yet the bread it was on was mushy and gross. There was nothing fresh about it. The mashed potatoes & gravy, broccoli, and roll was barely above room temperature. I paid $11 for absolute ****.

I am not a complainer normally but I feel the need to warn people about this Culver’s. Our food took almost 45 minutes to arrive. When my husbands burger arrived it was not his but it belonged to another table. We waited another 20 minutes for them to get the correct burger to us. I ordered the pot roast dinner with broccoli and veggie soup. The broccoli was the only edible part. The pot roast was covered in the thickest “gravy” ever that tasted like concentrated salt. It was about the consistency of Flarp (that kids gooey stuff). The potatoes were cold. They gave me about 3 tableapoons of veggie soup and the manager came over to at least refund the soup cost since they were about out. There was no offer of another kind of soup or anything else in place of it. They also forgot my lemon ice slushy and I had to go up to get it. I asked an employee who had just clocked in at the register, if they had any barbecue sauce and he said yes. It was right behind him….he just walked away. I had to wait until the cashier was finished for her to ask me if there was anything I needed. The drink station was a mess. We frequent 2 other Culver’s locations and have never had terrible service. The New Castle store needs someone to step in now. Also, it is not because of understaffing….there were several employees standing around and the store was not that busy.
