Absolutely, the hottest fast meal I’ve had in a while. Great job ! My fries were fresh. My burger was loaded with all the toppings. The girl at the counter wasn’t pleasant, but on a good note, The Elvis Guy came over to my table and insisted I fill out a survey for a free frozen yogurt so I got a free dessert . THANK You, Culver’s, thank you, Elvis Guy.

The service was a bit dismissive and it made me feel awkward going there for the first time and not knowing what to expect. I generally enjoyed the food but I wish the mushroom swiss burger had as much flavor as it did dripping grease. Crinkle fries rocked and shake was very good. Buffalo chicken strips also tasted great.

I had the spicy chicken sandwich meal, and it was ok. Some may consider it spicy, but I didn’t. That’s not why I gave it 3 stars. I gave it 3 stars because it was dry and bland. The sandwich didn’t come with any kind of sauce or dressing on it, and all they had available for me to put on it was ketchup from their dispenser. On the plus side, the sandwich and fries were hot and delivered to my table with minimal wait time. While there was no wait to find a seat inside, the drive thru was non-stop. All the staff I interacted with was polite and very accommodating.

My husband had a fish sandwich and I had the build your own ButterBurger with lettuce, mushrooms and tomatoes. My husband really liked the fish and said it was of good quality. For me, the beef patty tasted good. However, I didn’t get too much lettuce. Maybe I should have asked for extra lettuce. I also found the burger was a bit greasy overall. The restaurant and its washroom was very clean and tidy. The server, Nick, was very friendly and happen to be an Elvis impersonator! We even got entertained with a song when he brought our food to the table!

Have to say. Since the last two times I was here. The quality of food and service has done an overhaul. Burgers were hot and fresh. Cheese curds were bursting in cheese. The shakes were so thick that it was hard to get through the straw. Almost went somewhere else, but i really wanted to give it another try. I’m glad I did. I will be back.

Their food has been hit and miss lately. Not sure what the deal is. Sometimes the food is lukewarm and tastes like it’s been sitting there for a while. In the past, I have tried probably 1/3rd of the menu and it’s all been pretty good. From beef burgers to chicken to fish. Everything is usually fresh and seems made to order. I USUALLY get everything I’ve ordered… it’s rare that we don’t. Service is mostly fast and friendly. It’s not Chick-fil-A friendly, but I’ll allow it 🙂 The restaurant is always clean inside and there’s plenty of seating. There’s rarely a wait to order as well which is awesome, but there can be a wait for your food. I’ll wait for fresh food though. I can’t even begin to tell you how awesome the custard menu is. A flavor for every day of the month, then some.

Ice cream was good but the wait was terrible. People behind us were getting their bags of cooked food before we received our ice cream. At least 6 cars were served before us. We received a large concrete mixer instead of the medium we ordered and the ice cream cone ordered was an ice cream cone turned upside down in a cup. And yes, we were charged for the large concrete mixer. What was thought as a quick ice cream trip, turned into an excursion. Just wish the workers would’ve slowed down and paid attention more. In the end….I’ve cream was delicious!

1 star simply because of the wait. Obviously something is extremely wrong in the kitchen, they are absurdly slow. We came into the drive through at 9:05, not a single car waiting to order. Pull around and there is like 10 cars waiting for food. Ok whatever. Its been 25 MINUTES and they have only made it to about 5 ir 6 cars. We had a 15 dollar order, and we will be waiting over 30 minutes. I have been to many sit down resturants that were much faster than this, absolutely absurd. If you have a staff shortage, then close earlier.

Restaurant is nice, clean, and seems to be good environment other than the lady at front register (sienna) that took my order was very rude. I felt rushed when I was asked” are we ordering? Can I go?” Then while ordering had attitude in her voice and rushed us away from the counter with her attitude.
