Can’t believe how many cashiers work here that can’t count to 100. Not only that the register should tell them exactly how much change to give back. Last visit I was shorted $6, and I told the girl that brought me my food. I said the cashier has your tip because he shorted me $6. I don’t know if she was given the tip or not, however when I came back today the same employee that shorted me took my order, but someone else took my money and gave me the correct amount of change today. The employee that previously shorted me wouldn’t even look at me when I pulled up to pay, which makes me think he knows he shorted me money, and remembered doing it. So I had to leave a review. Be sure to count your change especially from the drive through employees. There was also a girl that tried to short me $28 when I paid with a 100 a different time but luckily I noticed immediately. Beside that issue the food is really incredible the majority of the time. I frequently come here at least a few times a week, which is why I wish the customer service was as good as the food. If they’re busy when you visit be sure to check that everything you ordered is in the bag before you pull off. I have had missing sandwiches and sides during busy times more times than I have recieved the incorrect amount of change.

First time trying Canton CULVERS. I ordered a single BBQ cheddar burger and received my burger with literally no burger after waiting 10minutes. I’m so disappointed and frustrated with this. My Dr Pepper was also half full. This meal was such a waste of money and I do not plan to eat at this CULVERS ever again. It’s not worth my time to now have to drive back over to have my meal corrected.

Nice location and staff was very pleasant and greeted us when we entered the store. My wife ordered a butter burger meal, and I ordered the grilled chicken. We received our number and cups for our drinks, which can be filled at the drink station, which was clean and has ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, napkins, and straws available. We sat in a booth and waited for our meal delivery to the table. The meals arrived within 5 minutes and were fresh and delicious. I recommend this location as we had a great experience and everything was as it should be. Kudos to the management and staff, two thumbs up

I love Culver’s. Unfortunately, the new location in Canton, cannot seem to get it together. I fully understand the situation with staffing and empathize which is why I waited until the third time to post. This time my (and my son’s) double deluxe with the works minus onions ended up with basically nothing on it. I tried calling maybe 10 times but never an answer. So I drive all the way back and request new burgers made according to my order. They check my receipt (no one apologizes) then hand me a bag of condiments. Wow. Just wow. I try to stay positive but I can’t here. I didn’t even mention that I ordered milkshakes and they just tap us cups of ice cream. I know it’s tough but the wheels are off this wagon. This is a complete management failure not high schoolers. They only know what is taught, trained and lived by this organization.

I would not go here. Save your money. Rude people and the single cheese burger was ridiculous small. The cheese was thicker than the burger and it taste way over cooked almost burnt. The manager said that’s how they make them they’re smash burgers and they’re fresh. Lol This is by far the worst one I’ve ever been too.

My husband and I drove past the Culver’s closest to our home because the drive thru line was super long. But I wish we had waited in the long line. We placed our order and was rushed by the young man on the speaker. He was very rude!! Although we didn’t wait too long for our food. We didn’t get part of our order. So the young man who was delivering the food to the cars went back and rushed everything out to us. He was very nice. When we made it back home with our food. The burgers were wrong and they didn’t have all of the toppings on them, and the pops that we ordered were the wrong ones. Saying all that to say WE WILL NEVER SPEND OUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!! I’d whether wait in the long line next time. They should appreciate customers as expensive as the food is now.

Went through drive through, got our burgers in 7 or 8 minutes. Was told the sundae we ordered would be out in a few minutes… 30 min go by and still no sundae , asked again was told they were out of vanilla and would chocolate be ok, I said sure. Ten min later still no sundae. By this time fries are cold and burgers are congealed masses of fat, bread, and meat. Got frustrated and left without the sundae. Suggest dining in.

I ordered from there on 5/19/2022 at 9pm..the meat on my burger is burnt, super thin, and hard. I paid for a double and the patty is not even a single patty. There was no ketchup or mayo on my burger. Hands down the worst culvers around. 0 star!
