Our food ended up being fine after watching it sit in the window for 20 mins before they finally handed it off to us that was half of the problem. It was the tall blonde with beautiful long eyelashes’ attitude at front counter that turned us away! After blatantly lying to us that our food was only in the window for 4 mins she proceeded to have a disgusting attitude with us as we voiced our concerns. Our order ticket states we ordered at 12:57 & our food wasn’t handed to us until 1:18. I do have picture proof of all above! When called to voice concerns manager was also super dismissive of any issues, I mean if you could even understand what he was saying on the phone. I would’ve understood if they were busy! And been a little more sympathetic But they had 4 people at the register standing around, talking, playing on their phones.
