I’ve never had bad food or service here! On the contrary, cashiers and servers are always friendly and very nice! Food is always delicious! Love the burgers and krinkle cut fries! The fish is delicious too! And of course the custard is fantastic! Restaurant and bathrooms are always very clean!

I’m gluten-free (not Celiac) and have a hard time finding places to eat. Culver’s offers a gluten-free bun that is the best I’ve ever had. If it didn’t come in a seal package, I would have sworn it was a regular bun. I’m so happy to have a go-to place I can safely eat.

Ordered a 3 piece fish dinner..never tried it here. Quality of fish was on point. Fries were good butt scarce. Seemed like small amout,especially when the meal,no drink was almost $17… for.that price I’ll go to lucky or burger street. Clean restaurant, great customer service. Just out of my comfort zone at that price.why only 4 stars. Tater sauce has a strong dill presence, not for me..butt overall good experience.

Super friendly staff. Quiet inside when we visited. Clean interior. Fast service for a Culver’s. As usual, for the price the amount and quality of food is low compared to some other restaurants. But I know there’s a Culver’s Cult following and some people can’t live with it.

They advertise cooked fresh to order. This is so not true. I had ordered one of the culver burgers and it ended up being way over cooked took it back and they gave me another that was more overcooked than the first one. So there’s no way either one of them where fresh to order. Contacted the district manager said she would send me a replacement coupon but she never did. Called corporate to have the owner contact me never happened. They just don’t care about customer service. The photos show how badly charred they are. Shame on the new Davison location never had a problem with any of the other culvers.

The cashier messed up our order. I got my food but my friend did not. I had coupon for single scoop and they gave her a kiddie cup ( which I have never heard of) . Cashier hadn’t rung up her order which was as fries and chicken tenders. She had to go up and pay for her order. They brought fries and then her tenders came out wrapped in paper…( Never seen that before either). The girl that brought it out didn’t apologize. She just shrugged like no big deal. My point is cashier asked her what sauce she wanted on her tenders so wouldn’t you assume it was ordered? I was not impressed with the staff.

Disgusting my bacon cheese burger was so greasy that the bun was soaked. I couldn’t even pick it up. The French fries were cold and stale. The diet coke didn’t taste like diet coke. The taps needed to be desperately cleaned. The experience was extremely disappointing. The food was expensive and not worth the money.

Stopped here for lunch today while driving through Michigan. The staff I encountered were all incredibly friendly and helpful and our food was hot and quickly served to us. The restaurant was very clean.
