Deluxe butter burger was delicious. Most of my lunch time was taken up waiting to get the food but was worth the wait. Customer service is top notch. Person taking my order has a great singing voice and sang the questions and order back to me. What a wonderful experience.

I visited the evening of the 6/24 and ordered two chocolate covered strawberry sundaes. I was order #37. It took a bit. I was so grateful to who appeared to be the manager. He was in back pushing orders through and noticed me all the way in front waiting a bit. Then eventually he made his way out and made sure I got my order. I also received two coupons for my patience. It was a pretty great experience and I’m super impressed with the attention to detail.

For being fast food, the quality of the burger is excellent. Yes, you have to wait a little longer as they make your burger to order, but that is the only down side. Get a fresh made, excellent burger every time.

Never got my food. Instead of making food they kept taking orders and parking people. I was on my lunch so out of $12 meal all I got was my $2 bottle of water. Very disappointed. Probably will never go that Culver’s again

The food was fabulous, as always. The employees were so polite. But was there on Mother’s Day and it was SO RIDICULOUSLY COLD in the restaurant. Told our waiter but he made no comment. I had on blue jeans, a sweater and a blue jean jacket and it was still freezing. One family went out to their car and put on sweatshirts before coming back in. It was only 66 degrees outside, but it was warmer outside. We feel that the management was cranking the air conditioner to accommodate the employees and cooks. Last fall when this location opened, it was the same way, very cold.

This is the worst Culvers I have ever been in, VERY unprofessional management (Kelsey and Chase). The employees are rude and cuss at customers. I have heard managers cussing at employees from the kitchen to the employees running the registers in front. Food quality (burgers being sent back because they are under cooked or no burgers on the buns at all) and service is unacceptable. I only gave 1 star because they don’t give you a lower choice. If your looking for a good place to eat in Caledonia it’s NOT Culvers
