Our food was pretty good but service and wait time was horrible. We went through the drive thru and were the first car waiting but for some reason the workers gave our food to one of the cars behind us. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes for our food, which was not a complicated order (two meals and a kids meal).

We ordered the Cod sandwich, extra tartar with cheese curds. Came with little tartar. No side of ranch. We ordered the deluxe bacon single. Came plain. Went inside to get a new burger and was asked for .35 cents for ranch. Ridiculous! I passed on the ranch, only to get back into my truck and bite into my “remade” cold burger. Not impressed

It’s impressive when the owner of a franchise is running food when the staff needs help. Restaurant is always clean, I’ve had one incorrect food order over the many times we have gone, and that was during their opening week. It was an honest mistake . Food is hot and consistent. Best Fast food in town by far.

I suffer from hearing loss, and as I was placing my order at the drive through, I mentioned to the person taking my order I couldn’t hear them. I had a question about the way the order appeared on the screen, and they explained why it appeared that way. Ok, cool. So I drive up to the window, and the person behind the glass turned their back to me, and ignored me while taking 5 other cars orders, refusing to acknowledge my presence. All the cars ahead of me were gone, and more piling up behind me. The runner tries to bring my order out, only to find no one there. He goes back in the restaurant, has a conversation with the employees there, opens the window and asks if it’s my order. This whole time, the original order taker stands there, back turned to me and arms crossed. Very rude, very childish. IDK what this particular person’s problem is, but I’m not ok having it taken out on me.

I try to avoid leaving a review for chain restaurants; if you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. However, I had to leave a review for this location in particular just for the team running the shop. Whenever I pick up lunch for the crew here, it is always the same generous people taking my order. Despite having a large order, they always have everything high-quality, correct, and made with care. It is the small details that create a difference, and it is the small details that are noticed.

What’s going on with half of the ingredients missing in their Bacon Cranberry Blue Cheese Salad The lasts two times there has been no bacon,no tomatoes and only few strips of grilled chicken. I get the salad religiously. It’s the only thing I can have on their menu,that fits in my diet plan. Plus half of time no silverware to eat your salad.
