Update: This place has gone downhill. Not a peep from Culver’s corporate or local management. When I told the staff there wasn’t a single clean table they handed me a wet towel and paper towel to clean my own table. I’ve attached new pictures.

We got two value meals that we substituted the drink for concrete mixer and instead of substituting we got charged for both the drink and the concrete mixer’s and the concrete mixer order was wrong. Was supposed to be flavor of the day with peanut butter sauce and whipped cream and instead was chocolate and vanilla? Didn’t even know there was such a thing? We actually stopped at this location instead of the one in Allendale because of the flavor of the day too. Very disappointed.

This place always meets or exceeds expectations. I come here often and its always solid. The manager always has the place running well. Even when short staffed they seem to never miss with the food and service. For a meal under $11 you’d be doing yourself a disservice to go any where else.

Worst-drive thru ever. I was in line for 45 minutes. I would’ve gotten out but I was trapped. Just don’t go here. It isn’t worth it. Chic fil- a is quicker. Also if Chic fil an ever goes too slow they give you a coupon card or some kind of discount. Culver’s is too expensive to have to wait almost an hour for something that should be quick. Might as well have gone home and prepped a 3-course meal.

The Chocolate Covered Strawberry Flavor of the day on Sunday April 23 would have been really good, if we actually got strawberries or chocolate in our pint. It was practically all vanilla. I think there was literally one strawberry in the entire pint.

I gave this Culver’s 3 chances. The first time I came I payed for a double cheeseburger and got a single and the cheese curds were way over salted and nasty I couldn’t even finish. The second time I asked for a single and had her read our order back to us because it was wrong the first time and they still got it wrong because I payed for and got a double after repeating my order multiple times because she wasn’t listening. The third time was tonight and I had her read our order back to us (they missed something again) so I told her our correct order. Then I get home and take a bite of my single mushroom Swiss and the burger was disgusting. It was burnt to a crisp and all I could taste was the most burnt flavor in my mouth. And each of the 3 times I’ve went it took them 30 minutes for when I pulled up to me getting my food (it wasn’t even busy). I have had Culver’s hundreds of times (I used to be a manager at a different location) and this is by far the worst ran and disappointing Culver’s ever.
