The food here is a little expensive, but the quality of the food makes up for it. The staff are so friendly, they gave me these tokens for free on my birthday! The atmosphere is nice too. I love the mix of colors. Overall, the best burger place I have ever gone to! 10/10

My last time at this Culver’s location. Waited in line 15 minutes with a group of only 3 people ahead of me. I ordered double butterburger with mashed potatoes and gravy as a side for my value basket meal. It took at least another 10 minutes before my meal was brought to my seat. The mash potatoes were piping hot with chicken gravy, ate some then started to add ketch to my burger. The patties were not only burnt but see through thin. Looked like someone sliced through it to make both patties, burnt and un-edible. I turned it in to ask for a refund, was told many staff quit in last few days, there was a new cook. They even said the burger was not edible. I recieved a refund. I had troubles at this same location before so I won’t be back.

They mess up my order every. single. time. This time I literally only got one of my items correct. Then they “fixed” my order and still messed up one of the burgers. Unfortunately I didn’t catch it until I went home.

Appeared to be a relatively tense day, not relatively alien for a fast food place, however a women was yelled at for simply requesting something. Tough days are okay at fast food places, but it should be prioritized to not let it affect the treatment of customers to the best of the place’s ability. We waited 30 minutes for our food. Most of it was there, but my father was left without his food. He insisted we don’t go back, only because the employees were already having a tough day. Food is overpriced.

If I could give a zero I would. We came in and we ordered three burgers and chicken strips two fries three drinks and pretzel bites. We got chicken strips pretzel bites one burger and three onion rings. I went in to ask for the rest of our order and a heavy set lady looked at me and said why. The guy at the register explained that what was on the ticket was not in the bag. The heavy lady took our ticket and ordered the missing burgers. I asked for the french fries and she grabbed the ticket and said well that’s not on here so you aren’t getting it unless we ring it up. (Very rudely) I said but it’s what I ordered. I didn’t order three onion rings take them back and give me the fry. She said she would have to ring then up for then. I again asked why it’s not my mistake, I didn’t order THREE ONION RINGS but she was rude about it so I grabbed the ticket and left. WE PAID FOR THREE ONION RINGS THAT WE DIDNT ORDER! WE NEVER GOT THE FRIES WE DID ORDER. WE WERE TRATED VERY RUDLY BY THE HEAVEY LADY. We will never go back to that place and I highly suggest you check your order if you decide you’re hungry enough to go there. Burger King is right across the street.

Disappointed in the actions of the owner/manager toward their staff tonight. There was a lot going on at the restaurant tonight; there was a crew doing some sort of maintenance and the store generally seemed short staffed. I pulled up to the window to pay and the girl working the register was young and super sweet. She took my money and asked me to stay put until my custard was ready. The register window was open and I was scrolling on my phone while I waited when I watched the owner/manager (in jeans and very clearly unhappy to be at the restaurant at 9pm on Friday of 4th of July weekend) snap at the employee working the register to “Not hold anyone at the window. Take their money and move them forward, take their money and move them forward, take their money and move them forward!”. She tried to say something back to him and again he barked at her to “Not hold anyone at the window!”. The employee took it like a champ and quickly turned to me and handed me my food with a smile on her face but I felt so bad for her. That encounter should have never happened that way in the first place, but the fact that the owner/manager acted that way knowingly in front of a customer was alarming. Kudos to the employee for remaining professional when her superior did not. It’s unfortunate that the owner/manager doesn’t appreciate their employees who show up for busy holiday weekends and lead by a better example.

The food is served fresh, and the friendly service is phenomenal, the only draw back is the amount of time it takes to get your food – because things are made fresh, they take a bit longer. Expect around a 10-15 minute wait, but it’s definitely worth it.
