Store closes at 10. It’s 8:30pm. We weren’t acknowledged while we were standing at the counter. Only 2 other tables with people eating. Wait time was normal for food. Place is a mess. And looks like it has been for a while. Mustard that is spilled is dried to counter. Trash is full and trays are stacked. And trash on floors.

I enjoy the food it’s reasonably priced. However, I love their fries. Unfortunately, the last 2 times have been there. The I ordered a large fry in the bag. It’s half full, This has happened more than once. What a disappointment?

No workers acknowledged us even though 8 workers behind counter and in kitchen. Three looked at us and turned away. Finally a worker took our order but over charged us we caught it before paying happen twice. Dirty floors need mopped. flies at front counter and drink station. Napkins tore up on floor in one area The food was ok no complaints from me. I won’t eat here again the inside of restraunt has made a bad enough experience to stay away.

Today is Saturday New Year’s Day 2022 and I decided to go to Culver’s and get my favorite roast beef dinner that I usually split in half for two meals. It’s currently snowing we’re expecting to get 6 to 7 inches and the roads are bad so I wanted to get home so I wouldn’t have to drive in this weather. Once I get home and put my PJs on I set up my food to eat. I’m so excited I hadn’t treated myself in awhile.. My food is really overcooked and burnt so no dinner for me. and I love their roast beef so this was a huge disappointment. I called and spoke with a manager and she did apologized which is nice but it doesn’t help my dinner dilemma. Obviously, I can’t go back in because of the weather so my name is on a list for my next visit. Not a happy camper at all!! What a way to start off the new year.

My order was given to someone else. Employees tried twice to give me somebody else’s order. I had to go inside and at that time was told my order was being remade. NO apology was given. Really disappointing. Workers need to verify the number of order with the order. Retraining and accountability of workers should be addressed.Took half a hour-wow!
