Listen. I love Culver’s. But this location has for the last couple of years disappointed me every time I’ve gotten food from them. Something goes wrong every single time. The breaking point for me now was tonight, I had an online order put in, we got all the food fine, but they forgot the custard. No big deal, we just asked the runner about it, he had no idea that it was on the ticket. Forgivable, he’s not making the order. He goes back in, we wait for 15 minutes and no one has come back yet. We go in, runner is cleaning the dining room, no one at the register. I suspect he just didn’t tell anyone. Cool, thanks for the help, buddy. In the end it’s taken 40 minutes to get everything, from an online order. I understand being busy, I’ve worked in food and customer service, but the situation here is legitimately unacceptable from anyone who has any semblance of how to do quick easy business. No other culver’s has messed up like this one. I won’t be returning. Unreal. Big L for this one.
