We enjoy the ‘Flavor of the Day’, but the Elkhorn store uses the least amount of ‘flavor’ of any Culvers within 30 miles. I’m guessing they use one fourt, to perhaps 1/2 of the ‘flavor’ when compared to all other area Culvers. When we order a lemon ice with a flavor (i.e. raspberries), they don’t put enough in to every turn the lemon ice a light pink color. There have a heavy set male boss that yells orders to employees and the kitchen, that you can easily hear him from the dining room. They are under staffed, under experiened, and most importantly to us, ‘under’ prepare the toppings on the flavor of the day, ice cream, lemon ice, and all other treats. Under the prior owner, they were first among the county Culvers. Now, they are clearly in last place. Rather than having the cook or manager yelling instructions, they should motivate their team members, and leading by example, take a moment to empty the trash THEMSELVES.

This isn’t the first time I’ve seen or experienced this but super long line, a dozen people waiting to order and only one person at the register. They had plenty of employees but had no intention of helping the one person that was drowning trying to take everyone’s order. Terrible management with that being said. Then when order two simple custard things it took ten minutes and one was MELTED by the time got it and the other was a shake when I asked for a single scoop mixer. The worker looked at me dumbfounded or with the expression of what do you want me to do about it? When I told her about the melted custard and wrong order. Won’t be coming again with how inept that location continues to be
