Meal was not what I ordered. Asked for gluten free bun which was served separately. Roast beef was served in a cardboard sandwich box on soggy napkins, which was why my bag was soggy. Didn’t get horseradish sauce I requested. Probably not going to return.

I’ve been to numerous Culver’s in Wisconsin including the one close by our old home which was fantastic. But after moving to Franklin recently the Culver’s nearby has been a major disappointment. This is the first Culver’s where most of the employees are not friendly and some, if you use the drive-through are disrespectful and rude. I hope the managers can fix this problem or we will be eating elsewhere.

Best burgers made to order. Hot crunchy French fries…how often do you get fast food and the fries are not crunchy and they are cold and the burger has been sitting and is lukewarm??? NOT HERE!!

My wife and I went through the drive thru to get two large turtle sundays. We were not thanked or given any napkins. The sundays did not have much for carmel or fudge. I will not be going back.

Went through the drive thru. Placing the order was fine, but they didn’t take our money right away nor gave us a receipt. I ordered a large shake, but didn’t get it. When I asked for a large, they said that is the largest for shakes. (On the bag receipt, it said regular sized shake) So, idk if they ran out or what, but was just put off by the whole experience. Food was okay.
