As a former Team Lead at a different Culver’s for 3 years I must say I am quite disappointed. We received our one scoop flavor of day with no toppings and when we asked the worker who brought out our food to provide us a new scoop with toppings, she informed us the toppings are mixed in, but I mixed it up and saw little to none already. She said it would then be a sundae if I wanted the toppings on top, I just wanted the toppings in general. We then drove home to eat and while eating our double mushroom and swiss, we realized there was 2 slices of cheese and 1 patty. I get people make mistakes, but to have a problem from 2 different areas of the store seems disorganized.

We traveled all the way here from Asia to give Culvers a try. It is at least on par with Shake Shacks and In’n’Outs of this world and I’d argue that the fried cheese curds and the custards put them in the league of their own. Fries are a cut above the rest as well.

The food is great, but every time I’ve visited Culvers it’s been chaos. The staff who work there are friendly and eager to serve, but the wait time is terrible because there are way too many customers and orders compared to the number of staff and equipment available to turn those orders over efficiently. Also, the website says there’s a carryout line, but there isn’t really, and there’s no carryout sign. If you order online they won’t even start your order until you show up anyway, which defeats the purpose of ordering online (why even have that option?).

I haven’t been inside of this culvers but their drive-thru service is pretty good. I think I’ve gotten just about all my orders correct which does say a lot when compared to every other drive thru food service out there. There’s not much to complain about except it’s usually busier than most culvers I’ve been to so expect a line.

My daughter and I went inside and ordered two cake cones with the flavor of the day and were given a number. The employee who took my order didn’t repeat it back to me, nor did i get a receipt with my order on it, but i assumed an order this simple would be correct.
