I’ve frequented this culvers over the last year. The food is usually well assembled and not all over the place. The drive through usually has a 20-45min wait during the time I’m there to pick up lunch for my client/patient, and the people are usually friendly. Management here is great about resolving any needs or questions.

CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING!!!! Every single time we have ordered food here in the past 6 months, we have paid extra for bacon or sides, to not recieve them. We have lost over $20 at this point because there is no quality control before running food. We have been coming here for years and have never had this issue, but we are losing money going to this location at this point. I don’t live close to this location, I should not have to go through every item to make sure it’s correct, but this is where we are at. Really disappointed in this location recently.

Last night it took 23 minutes to get our food in the drive through. By then every car behind us was served and gone. Our onion rings came to us cold. They had to go back inside to get our sundaes which they remade because the first were too melted to serve to us. If this was a one off occurrence I would not bother posting this. But 3 of my last 5 visits to this location through the drive through have been horrific like this. I avoid this location whenever possible. The only reason I stop here is custard would melt by the time we got back from the next closest Culver’s location.

Lake Mills’ Culvers serves crispy fries, a hot grilled chicken sandwich, and soft drink efficiently. The order was perfect and I enjoyed my lunch in the car. But the best part was I could actually understand the woman on the microphone!!!
