Very good combination of fast comfort food and ice cream parlor. The burgers, fried fish and chicken sandwiches, and fried shrimp are all very good, and the ice cream is amazing. The ice cream selections include a variety of soft serve sundaes and some very good hard pack ice cream in a variety of traditional and newer flavors. They have lots of volume on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, but the staff works like a fine-tuned machine, and the locations have processes and waiting lanes for cars waiting for their orders. Very orderly.

Although I enjoy Culvers, this location always has issues. On my most recent visit I was not happy. I came here on lunch break, I work about 5 minutes away. It wasn’t extremely busy when I came through the drive through. I asked for a 4 piece buffalo chicken tender. I spent about 20 minutes waiting outside for my order. When I got back to work, I realized they gave me regular chicken tenders. By this time my break was already over but I decided to go back and get my order fixed. Staff didnt seem apologetic at all. I waited 10 more minutes inside and staff just set the bag on the counter without saying anything. I then asked if this was my remake and they said yea. Big waste of time and I was not happy with how staff acted over their mistakes.

Culver’s is great the food is awesome I love the milkshakes and the butter burgers the service is good but the only reason I give it a 4 not 5 is because when ur ordering through driver through only one drive through station is available at a time though there are two which is really annoying but other than that it’s a great place!

The person who took our order literally walked away from the counter as soon as our order was done and didn’t give us our cups. We had to ask the other employees for them. The restaurant floor was filthy, they were out of napkins and our food took probably 30 minutes to get to us. It wasn’t a busy night and our order was not at all complicated. This was my first visit and I was excited to see the new Culver’s, but I wasn’t impressed.

I know this is a new business still getting there bearings but the wait time in the drive thru is ridiculous. I also got my order before the cars ahead of me so that took a big chunk of time to get out. There are three lanes full of cars with no exit for the cars that received food. My suggestion to them is to leave the middle lane open like ALL of the other Culver’s so we aren’t waiting. By the time I got out of the drive thru and home with dinner it was barely warm. The bacon on the hamburger was disgusting, like the gross bacon you get precooked. I honestly don’t know if the bacon was even zapped or just thrown onto the burger. It was limp and did not taste cooked. The sides, cheese curds, fries, and onion rings were overly salted. I have never had a bad experience at Culver’s until now. This place is not worth going to, don’t waste your time. Go to the Sun Prairie one on Main St.
