I need to write this review to give a shout out to the young man they have working who took my order! He is so kind and has excellent custumer skills ! He took my order and reviewed with me that everything was correct, he was so polite and respectful, when we got our food he came by 2x and checked on us and made sure we were liking everything and in case we needed anything. I didn’t get to get his name but he should be recognized! He is amazing and now a days you don’t see that often !

Everyone is always so nice at this location! Not only is the food excellent, but the staff is outstanding and so helpful. Special shout-out to Virginia and her hospitality. My 2 year old was enjoying her ice cream in the way all toddlers do and more got on the table than in her mouth! My husband asked for some table spray so we could clean it up and Virginia insisted that she do it and was so nice about the mess and told us that that’s how she knows our daughter was enjoying the ice cream the way it was meant to be enjoyed! WOW! Just blown away by the courtesy of this whole team and the way they make their guests feel!

Love the food always did, sad part is I was paying usually the same $14.50 now $18 85 that’s quite a increase. I was going to Culver’s once a week, sometimes twice a week , now once every 2 months if that.

I went through the Culver’s drive thru today. They now have their employees (basically kids) standing in the parking lot with tablets taking orders. It is 90 degrees outside today. The two young girls standing out in the sun on the bare pavement with no shelter and no fans looked ready to pass out. This isn’t safe. This isn’t good customer service. It’s just cruel and unnecessary. I’d like to see better business judgment than this.

Terrible customer service, okay food but requested for some of my burger to have add ons and they forgot. Took about 30 minutes to prepare 3 burgers, 2 chicken tenders and Oreo shake… when I asked about it, the busser was extremely unfriendly.
