Overall it was good. There was an accident outside that the staff seemed more concerned with than helping the guests.we stood at the counter for a while while 3 staff members talked about how they didn’t want to talk to the cops outside, rather than taking our order. My friends who arrived 15mins before us ordered before we got there ( and ) and we got our whole meal before she did (2 basket meals one chicken one Burger) the food was hot and good, it was just a poor customer experience.

It’s culver’s. What’s not to love? My only complaint is about consistency and sodium. Fried onion rings don’t need salt pre-added. Just let me add it if in want. They are already salty AF. Half the time they salt onion rings, half the time they don’t

We had a party of 9 when we came on a Sunday. The cheese curds and fries were crispy and warm. I got a Strawberry Fields Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette. The servers were very quick, patient, and helpful as they helped us juggle 3 different orders and figure out whose was whose. The orders were quickly filled within 10-15 minutes. The salad had a bit too much blue cheese crumble, and the vinaigrette was very sweet (syrupy even), but you can go lighter on the vinaigrette and not eat all the cheese

I ordered medium concrete mixer vanilla with salted caramel and brownie bites. I purchased at 8:07pm and I had to go up to the register (time is now 8:28pm) I asked for my mixer. They were very rude and disrespectful. Heard associate ask where number 81 is and heard back “what about it it should be out already”
