Our favorite fast food shop in Wisconsin. This store was friendly, clean and well managed. The food was delicious. I had the Reuben basket with onion rings. Rings were crispy with fresh onions. The Reubens was buttery, melted delicious with proper sauerkraut, 1000 island on marbled rye.

Waited in drive thru for 15 min the get told I have to go inside to get my order faster so I go inside 15 employees standing around and nobody helping the drive thru people but 1 girl willing to take orders from the bus load that just walked in so much for getting food faster inside then while leaving they were taking drive thru orders again never going back ro the waipaca culvers again

We have never had a problem with Culver’s and this is where my family and I love to go to when we want to eat out because the food is always fresh and it makes the price worth it. We went through the drive thru and asked for honey mustard and ranch(we ordered chicken tenders) but didn’t check the bag until we had already drove away from the restaurant. We pulled back through because the sauces were not included in the bag. When we got to the window, a manager named Jen asked what we needed and we stated that the sauces were missing from the order. She closed the window as we were still talking to her and then opened the window back up and told us that we needed to make sure we ordered it next time and proceeded to close the window in our face once again. We then took the receipt off of the bag and showed it to her to prove that we were missing the sauces. She then proceeded to tell us that it was in the bag and slammed the window again for a third time. I work in the fast food industry, I understand mistakes happen and not everyone is perfect. We weren’t even upset that it was missing, we just wanted what we ordered. This was the rudest customer experience I had ever experienced from any Culver’s restaurant and definitely left a bad taste in our mouths. We will not be returning

This is hard to review because the employees are always so kind and helpful. I think my complaint has to be with training. I love culvers and have visited many locations. My favorite is the flavor of the day. Waupaca does not know how to add the toppings. EVERY SINGLE time I get a double scoop of the flavor of the day in waupaca, it is small and barely any topings. I even got a pint of the turtle dove and it had 3 pecans on the top with a dribble of caramel. Chocolate pieces were mixed in, but still not many. Keep in mind I am comparing waupaca to a dozen other culvers. I recently got waupacas flavor of the day, double scoop. It was the turtle dove. See for your self how my double scoop looked. And this is EVERY TIME in waupaca.
