I got the pub house burger that was supposed to come with pickles mayo and bbq sauce, it looked really good on the menu. The burger I got had only 2 small pickles and a tiny dribble of bbq in the very center. Nothing like it was supposed to.

I am not sure what is going on at this Culver’s lately. The last few times we have gone the cheeseburgers we ordered had a ton of salt on them, so much they were almost inedible the meat is often under cooked with red in the middle. They get carried away with the mustard and put too much mustard and hardly no ketchup. The onions are sliced so thick it’s all you taste. I am so disappointed because it was pretty good a couple years ago and we used to go pretty often.

I went there with 2 Free one scoop cone tokens for my kids, they said there not excepted and continued to charge me almost $8 for 2 ice cream cones. Unbelievable. Also They smash the burgers. Which evey good chef says never do!

Had a burger value today. Awful! Never ever have I seen such a paper thin burger! You could actually see through it! Ordered raw onion on it & got two pieces the size of a nickel. Welcome to Delicious!!

This Culver’s has gone done hill over the last couple years. Tonight was last time. Got my son a waffle cone to go. He took the wrapper off in the car and the cone fell apart. Had to grab the ice cream and broken cone and toss away inside. Punk behind the counter giggled as I went to wash my hands. I should have shoved the broken cone in his face and giggled.
