This location used to be good, but has been struggling as of late. Kids taking my order giggled when I asked for no onions and extra tomatoes on my burger. My burger was received without a top bun and they added extra hair. Gross.

Waited over 15 minutes for my food. Went to the counter. It was sitting there not being delivered as workers stood around doing nothing. One kid handled me my food. It was cold. Asked to speak to the manager. Her promised new food in “exactly five minutes”. Ten minutes later, I still have no food.

Everett is amazing. He greeted us with a smile and helped us decide what we wanted to order. He came out to the dining room to check on us after we got our food. Most times eating here has been good but yesterday was a terrible experience. Ordering was slow (under staffed) then 20 plus minutes later after going to the counter to find out where our order was I got our order. The food was not fresh and lukewarm to cold. The whole place seemed to be in chaos until more people were asked to clock in. However, I witnessed several of these staff clocking in and never washing their hands before pulling food from the window. I know staffing is tough these days but this not a pleasant dining experience.
