I was impressed by how quickly the staff were able to get thru a huge group of people that were ahead of me. I placed an order to go, 2 sandwiches and a side. My order number was shared with another patron’s dine-in order, and I was at one point offered the dine-in order that wasn’t mine. Once I got my correct order and got home with the food, I discovered that my sourdough melt had no grilled onions. The employees were all trying to do a good job, but there are some kinks to work out and the attention to detail could be better.

Ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and was given a shake instead. I didn’t , feel like waiting in line again. At a previous visit my smoothie was also made wrong. Custard does not seem too great here. food is good tho

Found a feather in my food. They offered to remake the sandwich, but I declined, considering I just found a feather in the previous sandwich. They best they could do was offer some free custard and refund the $6. No coupons, no apology.

Best fast food restaurant in town! Burgers are amazing and packed with yummy goodness!! Cheese curds and onion rings are delicious. And the ice cream is of course always good. I don’t think ive ever tried a flavor of the day that was the same. Yum!!! Sorry I’ll stop drooling now!

Culver’s is one of my favorite fast food places if I need something quick. They offer chili which not many places offer. And i can get it with all the toppings i like on it; onions, sour creme, cheese. The bowl seems small but it is just the right amount. As with all the Culver’s I’ve been to, the place is kept very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We came in before close so I understand that you are busy and trying to get things done but it’s still your responsibility to do your job well. I got home and my large soda was half full and my large ice cream was only 3/4 full I understand the ice cream more because it can melt a bit but it was a bit frustrating.
