This Culver’s has a very upbeat atmosphere! The employees seem to always be joking (positively) with each other and make a point to turn that positive energy towards their customers as well. The food itself has always been stellar for me! The only noteworthy issue I have encountered is that the food can sometimes take awhile to get depending on the time of day. Still, I would definitely recommend this location!

we’re from out of state and we stopped here for food before starting our 9 hour drive home and 3 people greeted us as soon as we walked in! allen took our order and he was super friendly! we spent $30 and it didn’t take long for our food to arrive at our table either! the food is hot, fresh and delicious! (i also love the fact that they use sweet baby rays barbecue sauce! )

It was hailing in the area and we wanted to eat together. We were shopping and didn’t have room for another passenger. So we picked up at Culver’s and met at our third persons place. It enabled us to have a great time. We laughed and reminisced. Shared lots of old stories. Humor. I got my usual Chicken Cranberry Bleu salad. One got the Northern Fish and one the Grilled Chicken. It would be helpful if the prices were on the receipts.

This is the worst place in Marshall to eat. I have eaten there several times because my mother likes to go there and each time it is disappointing. The food is extremely slow and that is comparing it to other Culver’s. I truly understand the on grill when order theory. Which is laughable because my fries were not the least bit warm. Not even a little warm. The girl scuffed when i requested she return with at minimum warm fries. When you pay almost $12 for shrimp that is mediocre at best and wait more than 20 minutes (was timed) then the food should atleast be hot. The store wasn’t even all that busy. We had to eat at a dirty table because none of them were wiped down. My mother almost fell I. The bathroom because the floor was wet and dirty.

One of many Culver’s I’ve been too. This one is no different than the others. Run like a well oiled machine. Friendly young workers, great consistent quality to their food and clean atmosphere. My only beef with Culver’s at this point is lack of an app and ability for mobile ordering with access to mobile deals like that other place with the arches. Great job Marshall Culver’s!

They are very fast, my friend was in the Cold Stone driver thru and got out of his car and walked over to Culver’s got a burger and walked back and he was still in the drive thru.
