Ordered a chocolate concrete mixer at the drive through and when I got to the window they had made a vanilla. They then rather than re-making what I ordered added chocolate syrup to the vanilla and mixed it to the point of a shake. Very disappointing. 3:00pm Thursday April 28th 2023

Service was very slow. There were no medium cups and we had to pay extra for a large. Messed up our order. Person taking orders was very quiet couldn’t hear him. Ketchup tasted rotten. Ice cream tasted freezer burnt.

It gets very annoying having to make return trips to the counter for forgotten items – it’s also much less ‘fast food’ that way, too. It would also be nice if folks at the counter paid attention to specific requests. Seems a problem with South Dakota Culver’s. I am very pleased to see folks with disabilities and ID working at some of these stores. But I’m also seeing them left alone at the counter before they should be… Is that happening to new employees in general?

Food was OK. Burger was mostly burnt and my crispy chicken sandwich was soggy. Service was slow as we had to wait for our food along with every other car that came through, and I mean wait like 10 mins or more.

I’ve generally had good experiences at this location, but that has changed the last month. Whoever is responsible for salting the onion rings apparently doesn’t realize they shouldn’t look like a sugared donut. This has happened twice recently.
