I made my order for two chicken sandwiches and two fish sandwiches and medium fry. I was told to move up to the 1st spot and someone would be right out with the order. 15 min later, the two cars behind me were provided with there orders and gone. I waited 5 more mins, called the Manager from my car, requested that she reimburse my card because I couldn’t wait any longer. She stated that she would need me to come inside. I went inside, there were 7 kids standing behind the counter. There were 4 more in the back. The Manager gave me cash because she couldn’t get the register to work. Never again.

I had to wait 30 minutes for my online order to be ready. Email said it would be ready in 10. This is the third time this has happened. Employees won’t help you unless you literally stand in front of them. Service is horribly slow.

The cashier wasn’t very friendly. Ordered custard after our meal and I had to show her a picture of the product (the Cherry Chip Butter Cake Concrete Mixer), put the incorrect size in, and then there wasn’t any cherry in our concrete mixers. It took 10 minutes for them to make 2 small concrete mixers, and it took 5 of them to do so. And they still got it wrong. We were given a chocolate chip butter cake concrete mixer. It was still good, but not what we ordered. Other than that, it was a good experience. The restaurant was clean and well stocked in the drink area.

Order 2 crunchy chicken sandwiches. One with fries and one with cheese curds. When we got home and took my sandwich out, it had everything but the chicken on it. Very disappointed as I was too far away to return it. Plus we sat in drive thru way longer than usual.
