Waited for order 5 min through drive in. I go inside and see 3 bags of food sitting on counter with 2 staffers standing around. I address the staff and they hand me my food off counter and state that they had to grill the chicken for my salad from scratch-the chicken salad was already in the bag. Poor service. Chicken tenders were poor quality too for $20.00

We’re at Culver’s in Harvard this evening and I ordered the new Pub Burger totally dried out and it didn’t have all the ingredients on it. The bathrooms were filthy. And I saw some other customers waiting for food or ice cream and it took over 15 minutes. I think new management is needed or some new training. Also I saw the manager leaving the washroom and the sink was dry I don’t think he washed his hands.

Staff was new and was struggling a bit but okay. Ordered the corn dogs for a change. I was missing fair food. Had no idea they were so expensive. Over 3 bucks each. Worst corn dogs I ever ate. That is quite a statement. Dog was soft and tasteless. The outside was over cooked and the inside, the batter was gooey and raw. Kids menu item. Hope that doesn’t happen to a kid. They might get sick.

Food was good as always. Place was really dirty. Looked at 12 tables before I found a clean one and I still had to wipe it off. Carpets needed to be vacuumed a week ago. If I stopped there again my order would be to go. My car is cleaner then that Culver’s was.

Waited 10 minutes for a concrete mixer. Received a cup of melted ice cream. I asked for the owners telephone number and was denied. Horrible location skimps on ingredients, clueless employees. Huge thumbs down.

My wife picked up lunch today and again disappointed. We keep trying, but they just can’t get it together. I ordered a double butter burger with everything. I’m used to Culver’s cooking them well. However, these were burnt and just awful.
