I originally gave this location 4 stars, but after the completely wonderful and CONSISTENTLY perfect customer service, I felt the need to change my review. This is the ONLY fast food place in the area I go to because most other places can’t even compete when it comes to just simply getting my order correct. and I’ve been this happy with them for a few years now, they’ve set a standard that I refuse to settle for less… I love this Culver’s location, best onion rings in town also.

We were immediately greeted kindly upon walking in! We were visiting for a local convention of Jehovah’s Witnesses themed: “exercise patience!” We were shown from the Bible how to endure with a purpose, the ability to wait- with a good attitude.. our mind set can help us be more understanding of others, and cultivate patience for ourselves even. A lot of things that require time are so worth the wait. Like culvers!!! Its true tho, you can’t skip steps making an amazing butterburger with cheese and everything on top, with a cup of Wisconsin cheese and fries with the scoop of the day and sweet tea…. (That’s what I get like every time). I told the staff they were great examples of the convention i went to about patience. Just like the program, they seemed to prepare before a rush so they weren’t going crazy once a bunch of people came in. That’s incredible. You’ve got a tight team here, and the more a team cares about each other(or is considerate, and patient with each other), the more customers feel that. So great job guys!! we enjoyed our visit and loved our food very much, thank you for the refreshment during our program!

Since it opened, this Culver’s has had three owners. Nothing changed with the first change of owners, but it has with the new owners. The food is still good, if the order is correct, check your order before you leave! I’ve been shunted over to the waiting area, and when the order was brought out, I had to go back in for the milkshakes, they were sitting in a holding area plainly marked with our order number. Wrong orders have become so frequent that we have quit getting food here. It seems that management is either not very good or they’re distant from daily operations and employee training.

Quick little bite for lunch wasn’t really too hungry, shared 1 double butterburger w/cheese and 1 large cheese curd with my wife. Total was 16.79. A little pricy for 2 things in my personal opinion. I’m sure a full meal with pop would be a better price point for most customers.

Went through drive through got a number had to wait a bit but suppose to be made fresh?? Fries were cold the fish sandwich was warm but the bun was soggy the mushroom and Swiss burger was OK! Really disappointed Culver’s is usually pretty good!

Food was timely, warm and tasty. The restaurant itself was clean. One thing I don’t like is that everyone is wearing gloves. Just because someone has gloves on doesn’t mean their hands are clean.

First of all I came to grab lunch from here in an Uber. I order my meal and they upgrade it to a large meal without asking me if that’s what I would like (me not paying attention paid for it) then they forgot to give me my concrete mixer therefore had to return in Uber. Then Rebecca assumed I wouldn’t come back even after paying for it + not even offering to remake it. Came back to get it did not get a sorry or nothing. Icning on the cake the burger was undone. Double check for everything, especially up charge & your meat is completely cooked.

Took the order that was in front us in the drive through. Then proceeded to tel me they were closed. While leaving I couldn’t help but notice that 3 cars were waiting to get their food. Time was 10:33pm pretty sure they list they closed at 11pm, but time is hard. Ended up getting sonic. I have never had a good experience at this Culver’s, will never be going back.
