This Culver’s location is a joke. Service is so slow and food is always hit or miss. Tables are always dirty. Orders take 10 plus minutes even if they’re not busy. I tried to so hard to tolerate it, but after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru for 2 burgers tonight, I will no longer frequent this location. From now on I’ll be going out of my way to visit the Culver’s on McLean.

We went to Culver’s for a concrete mixer 40min before closing. I got my ice cream and it was more melted than a shake. I went back inside to complain and the employees offered no solutions, no refund. They also mentioned that they turned off their ice cream cooling compartment 1.5 hours before ours arrival. What is the point of softening the ice cream by turning off the machine 2 hours before close. Ridiculous!

I find all culver’s to be very cordial. However, the salt Elgin covers has such a bunch of good people working there. They greet you when you come in. They greet you when you go out there. So kind taking your orders. They are so kind when they bring the orders to your table. I can’t say enough about them. I’d like to give it a special shout out to Luke who always goes above and beyond the call of duty.

Had the Roast Beef sandwich which was very hard and extremely dry, along with onion rings that were soggy and like they were sitting around for a time. For over $25 the food should be better. This will be my last purchase from this location.

I used to come loving here but recently found out they fry everything together, including the fish and pork. If you don’t eat pork, I don’t suggest you eat anything here at all.

Hadn’t been to this South Elgin location In a long time decided to go and I will never return. My Burger was red on the inside way undercooked and my chicken tenders were not cooked all the way through what a waste of 20 dollars. Don’t waste your money at this location the Culver’s on McLean and St. Charles is way better never had a problem with those locations so far.
