Almost the typical perfect Culver’s experience to be expected here.

Other than the seats being dirty one time a while back this is been my go to Culver’s for a while. The rock Falls one just hasn’t been getting it right and this location is slightly cheaper and generally have had nicer employees. There are also quite a bit faster. And they don’t overdo their burgers like other locations.

Nice place to eat, my first time here in Illinois. The staff was friendly and professional, and the service was great. The place was crowded and kid friendly. This place is what seemed to be everyone’s go-to spot. The food was a little pricey for a fast food restaurant, but it worked.

I almost always get a mushroom and Swiss burger and fries and cup of cheese sauce. Always good. Food is always right. Manager holly is the best always talking to my cousin and I we probably go 3 times a month. The best

I would have no complaints about this place, the food was amazing and fresh and came out pretty fast, and the serive was great, but… I’m only complaint was their fountain root beer did not taste good. At all. But the server was really nice about it and tried to make it up to us.

Pup cups used to be 1 small scoop of custard and even came with a treat! Now they’re just whipped cream in a bowl. Nobody wants to take their dog on a hot day to eat room temperature whipped cream. Let people know it’s just whipped cream maybe they’ll get ice cream somewhere else.

Staff is friendly. Service was slow given it was not busy. Bathrooms dirty. Unusual for a Culver’s – religious music and decor in restrooms. Also, unusual for a Culver’s. Food was fine.

I have enjoyed the flavor of the Culver’s menu, but have not really been a fan of the price tag that’s associated with it, so it isn’t a regular stop. Today however I feel extra slighted on the value of my grilled chicken sandwich. Lay a quarter in your palm and that represents the chicken portion in relation to the bun.

First time super friendly staff and clean atmosphere. Service was quick. Pick up orders and go, no dining at this time due to the city was close due to pandemic. Known for a meal, especially “Butterburgers” I had a salad, which was freshly made and grilled chicken sandwich. My sandwich was on the bland side, it needed to be seasoned and I did not like the bread too buttery. My friend had one of the special “Butterburgers” that she stated was fresh beef, moist, tender and well done with much love.

Their chicken isn’t my favorite, but icecream is great! Some tables aren’t that clean, but overall, nice place to sit at.
