I’m really disappointed in this place. 1. I ordered a kid’s meal for my daughter (corn dog) was cooked wayy too hard.. the soda taste like the machine ain’t been cleaned in months. Only thing that was worth buying was the fries. I will not be going back.

Food at this location used to be good tasting. Now it is what every you get. The meat is dry, and the lettuce is old. It seems as though the workers do not pay attention to the orders placed. For example, we would request “no cheese, or tomato’s” but for some reason, I drive all the way home, and guess what is on the burger? Cheese and tomato’s. The meat is overcooked, which makes it dry. At times, I would order the combo that includes fries, and before I leave the parking lot, I’d have to go back in, and get the rest of my order. Some of the young people working at this location do not take their job seriously. Very disappointing.

One of the best local ff establishments in town, imo. And in Decatur, that’s pretty uncommon. The food I received, a sourdough double, & cheese curds were absolutely delicious for what I paid. The drive thru service I experienced could not have been better. Both Savanah, and Ian in drive thru were super polite, and quick with service. The young lady who delivered my order was also incredibly polite. Good young kids with a lot of personality, and obviously well trained in customer service. Kudos to this Culvers team! I was impressed.

Great tasting hamburgers and fries, better than most restaurants. Also good tasting frozen custard in various flavors. Plenty of parking and conveniently located. The employees are very polite, courteous and attentive and they move the drive-thru along at a good pace. The menu options are worth a try.

Missing every single side item and the cheese curds when they brought the food out. The server took the food back and dropped every napkin on the ground, and left them there. There was food everywhere on the floor. While the food was good as usual, the place was disgusting.

I placed an order for a 6 piece butterfly shrimp basket in the drive thru. The person that took the order asked how can she impress me today.. well I was impressed until I got my order home and my shrimps was fried to a crisp. I was not able to eat them. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager to express my disappointment. After talking to the young manager I was told since I was not willing to return back to the restaurant that he or someone will be mailing me a letter with a coupon for a free 6 piece shrimp.

Stopped here while passing through town because my friend wanted to try it, and the ones in Indiana are good. Terrible decision. Sat in the drive thru for 26 minutes and watched 3 cars that were behind us get their food first. When I asked where our food was they almost laughed about it and said I’m not sure. Ok?! Fries were fresh and the burger was burnt and no flavor at all. Never eat at a culvers again.
