I usually have a very good experience at this location, but today the customer service was a little off. I was given the wrong drink, so I asked for the correct one and while the young lady was about to get it another worker told her to do something else and stated “She can wait. Trust me, she isn’t going anywhere unless she doesn’t want to eat.”. I thought that the comment was very rude and passive aggressive. Maybe close the window next time.

It’s okay. I always get the cod dinner though which is my favorite as it’s the closest to British fish and chips I can get in Southern Illinois! The restaurant is always bitterly cold and makes you eat your food really fast but that’s because your teeth are chattering. Other than that, just your typical fast food restaurant.

Very good customer service I highly recommend this location. I went up to grab a water cup for my order. I received my food there, since it came out at that time, but on the walk back to my seat my root beer float spilled on the tray. The wonderful staff saw this then asked to remake the float and any food that got drenched. They really took care of the customer.

Well first off a bathroom says alot about a business hygiene wise and I was disappointed to see a mess when I visited this restaurant it’s usually tidy. But the food has made me rethink Culver’s as a favorite place to go … the spicy chicken sandwich tasted as it was old or stale I don’t know it was as if it had been sitting there waiting for a customer since yesterday . Maybe the grease but definitely needs to be addressed I told someone but all I got was im sorry do you want another one… no! Change the oil then maybe.
