My first non-restrictive meal in quite some time due to some health protocols and every single item was incorrect. By the time I got home I had none of my sauces, a cold, over-cooked, salt-cured crisp of a burger, and ultimately nothing close to my original order… it’s really silly for something so small, but I don’t get to eat like this on any kind of regular basis and you lost a longtime patron today. With a shake shack and five guys right across the street, myself and anyone else with functional taste buds and a brain will do the sensible thing and avoid this miserable excuse of a “Culver’s” at all costs…

The burgers are good. The meat is seasoned really well and the vegetables are fresh. The butter bun completed it. The fries are just regular crinkle cut fries, but they are salted well. The girl taking my order couldn’t hear me, because a group of her coworkers were right behind her, being very loud. She had to tell them to hush, so she could hear me. Then one of her coworkers was on his phone behind the counter the entire time, while everyone else was working. The dining room isn’t that inviting… just tables, booths, and chairs, but it’s fast food, so I dont expect what I would get at a normal restaurant. They do bring your food to you, so you don’t have to stand and wait for it. The root beer is really good and compliments the food. Overall, if you want a burger that’s going to hit the spot and don’t want to pay the price you would at their competitors, this is the place.

The food was pretty good, it took about 15 mins to arrive. The restaurant is a little dirty; I had to clean off a table as there was none available. I’d understand if it was a one-time thing, but it’s that way every time I come here.

Friendly and fast service with great crispy burgers! Their Grilled Chicken sandwich is tender and juicy. I do recommend their crinkle cut fries andsteamed broccoli and cheese sauce as sides. They recently changed their style of cheese curds as of April 2023, so it isn’t as tasty, but everything else is great.

Catastrophic
A lot of the time I go here I constantly hear workers cussing and yelling at each other and it just seems like a very hostile work environment. Seems like it’s only a few managers, but I’ve noticed a few that are far harsher than others. Service is good though and cashiers are mostly nice. Blonde tall guy is a funny one!
