Two years in a row we went there to celebrate my Birthday. Two years in a row, it had become a fiasco getting our food orders correct. For example, when someone says “No mayonnaise”, it usually means that they don’t want that on their sandwich. Getting that wrong once can in fact be an honest mistake, but when it is done twice for the same person, that then is just ignorance.

This Culvers was always so great then just declined. We just left the drive thru where we were told to pull over and wait in a spot (with no one in line) and we got our food and it was COLD. Please tell me how we have to pull over to wait on food that was clearly already prepared and sitting for who knows how long. It was the kids cheeseburger and it was so nasty. Was cold and very old tasting. Until recently, it was fantastic. The north Atlantic cod, the Reuben…. The last five or so times we’ve been hasn’t been good and it’s sad.

Our go-to for a fast meal. Their burgers are well above average in flavor and texture. Their buns are fresh and their fries are excellent. My wife is wild about their root beer. I am partial to their shakes. Eating inside is enjoyable but we usually use the drive thru. The service is friendly and efficient. Everything is prepared to order so it may take a minute or two longer than some drive thrus but well worth the wait in my estimation.

They are kind and cordial when you go inside. The drive through takes FOREVER though. No one in front of us and it took 20 minutes to bring out 3 kids meals.

Changing from the 5 stars I gave them when they first opened to 1 star because that’s how far the quality has dropped. Save your time and go to Burger King down the block or the other Culver’s 10 minutes away. You will save time and money driving the extra distance trust me

This is a genuinely good Culver’s the biggest problem that I have with it is that they love putting onions on everything. You ask for no onions oh don’t worry they will put it in your sourdough melt and give you an onion ring with your cheese curds. Other than that they are pretty good and will most likely be back.
