I visited Culver’s for the first time today and was thoroughly impressed. Having been to numerous food establishments, I found it to be exceptionally clean. The customer service was excellent, and the frozen custard was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it!

I have enjoyed Culver’s for years, and for the most part it does not disappoint. Burgers and fries always hot and fresh. But the shrinkflation of late is disheartening. The prices have increased, the salads have shrunk, and the sundae I got at the last visit was served in a lid-sized container and the ice cream barely cleared the top of the lid! Price was $3. I will not be ordering ice cream at Culver’s unless they go back to normal servings.

If you’re going to Culver’s in Columbia, pick this one. It was just recently built and opened. As a result the quality of service and food at the other one, the original one on east Broadway has decreased significantly. It’s a shame that they can’t maintain the same level of quality at two stores but that’s the nature of the business. This store also has a double drive through unlike the other store.
